It’s a very sad day for our country, I don’t care what side of the isle you sit on. I’m not sure what bourbon I’m going to drink, but it will be a good one.

Lime juice added to sparkling water.
Gave up alcohol over a month ago and decided to never drink again.
Past the desire to drink having lost 14 pounds in a month.
40 more pounds to go in order to get to my ideal BMI.
Amazing how much weight loss just by cutting alcohol.
Same amount of physical activity same eating habits but cutting a couple to few thousand calories a day just by not drinking.
Bottoms up!
