Not sure if this counts but my wife will be attending also. Hopefully the equipment prices will desensitize her fiscal principles.
On another note, I have not seem Emotiva listed as an exhibitor. Does anyone know whether they will be in attendance?

I don't believe they will make a showing. It's to bad as there seems to be a lot of Emotiva fans in Florida. I even considered wearing an Emo shirt if they were attending.  Which is huge because I represent for no one. At least not for free that is....... ;D ;D ;D ;D |

surprised Emotiva is not there, and not here either to discuss either.
They don't participate here like they used too.

You may catch Dan and Cathy floating around the show, but it's true, we are not exhibiting this year. We'll be announcing a few upcoming shows that we''ll be attending soon, including one in Florida. We decided to not exhibit at the Axpona Jacksonville this year due to scheduling. Hope you all have fun at the show! You'll have to let us know what you think of it. -Jessica No Emo presence at Axpona? I wonder if Stereophile will continue to review their products? |

I'll be there Friday and Saturday night for a Emo GTG somewhere with cold beer and single malts. We are committed to the symphony Friday but afterwards we will be wide open. As I am not familiar to Jacksonville other than the Georgia-Florida game venue, someone name a place and time to gravitate towards.

Jlafrenz and I will be there on Friday. Hemster, Radtech, autiger and a friend of his will be joining us on Saturday.
Esquire, good idea to have a Lounge get-together for some eats and drinks. Someone familiar with Jacksonville needs to chime in and give us some ideas.

I met a person who was local to Jacksonville at work the other day and got the names of a couple places to go. The list is still at work, but I can post a few ideas tomorrow.

I think I remember Big Dan saying in the latest PodCast that Legacy Audio would be using some of the Emotiva power amplifers to power their speakers. So maybe everyone going to the show should meet in the Legacy Audio room on Saturday at a certain time?

I think I remember Big Dan saying in the latest PodCast that Legacy Audio would be using some of the Emotiva power amplifers to power their speakers. So maybe everyone going to the show should meet in the Legacy Audio room on Saturday at a certain time? I would be very interested in hearing everyone's impression of the Legacy speakers at Axpona. I love mine! Bill Dudleston is a great designer/engineer and I have enjoyed talking with him In Springfield, Il on a few occasions. I just wish I could make it to Axpona. |
