OK fellas...as soon as I get out of Spine Surgery....I'll get back with Y'all! ;D Just kidding. I always wanted to wrestle a piece of audio gear that weighs like a Volvo into the Hot Spot. That SVS seems "Gravitationally Enhanced" At the moment...It's in the sweet spot...setting levels as we speak. 1" Thick MDF cabinetry my foot. That's 1" thick sheets of Depleted Uranium for sure. This bugger is pretty slick!

Here's a Peek! Initial Impressions: * Well Packaged. The delivery person will NOT throw this over the fence, but the product is packaged to survive, and at the end of it all...you find your Sub wrapped in a poly-cloth bag. No doubt the tote bag is for audiophiles "on the go". * This Thing is a BATTLESHIP. Beautifully constructed, with such a solid "feel" to it...you are convinced immediately it was worth the price. * SVS really came through! With me having only a narrow window of opportunity each month...SVS shipped my product precisely at the right moment so as to reach me on my FIRST day of being home. Attention to details such as this have made me a believer in the brand! * Pre-Delivery support, and set up guidance that sped up the process of getting a new Sub up and running. My sub sounds, and measures quite well using the guidance SVS provided weeks before the product ever left the factory. * Class Act. 100% * My only concern is....when do I buy the second one?
* Like to see: A remote! That'd be a pain in the wazzoo no doubt to offer.....but it'd be a cool feature. * Very Cool: Going to 13hz (ref: 300hz). Dang. Momma is gonna love buying new light bulbs every time I'm home. * Cooler Still! : High WAF! Momma came home and called it "The Beast". (yes dear...1KW of low frequency Beastiness) She likes the way it looks AND sounds. Thanks for sharing in my excitement folks! God Bless you all! Attachments:

Well Folks... The new SVS is a keeper. It's working out really well in my modest size living room. I'm hanging on to my sealed Martin Logans (2). If I'm going to do a multiple (>2) sub set up..I want to do it right, and I don't feel confident that I can integrate the 'Logans with the SVS properly at this moment. XO slopes. delays, etc. Aside from the stuff that the SVS does for itself internally....My 2.0 rig can't offer those services to other subs. My wife LIKES the SVS, and.....even suggested that perhaps a SECOND SVS would "Match better" (in terms of appearance). Huh. I've never been SO MUCH in agreement with my wife!! ;D "Yes Dear.....TWO SB-13+'s would look AWESOME!" We'll see..... I'm totally happy with this purchase. If YOU are sitting on the fence wondering if an SVS was right for you.....you are probably right. It IS. Highly recommended! Fly

Thanks Chuckie!
She's a Great Gal...and shows symptoms of being an audiophile.
I count my blessings often.

I'm delighted Manny. Im offshore at the moment, and wont be Home for a couple more weeks, so I can play some more.. Just trying to jiggle the finances a bit, so I can have ANOTHER SB13+ waiting for me when I get back. it's a stellar product, and it really "hooked up" in my room with no BS. Remarkable measured response, and it sounds so clean, and well defined without having to resort to heroic measures. Recommended! Fly
