Come on now.......... Who tries to deliver a package at 9:45am. Well the same driver will deliver my XS-15 and XSP-1 tomorrow. I will just have to be up really early. I'll get up at 8am. Working on second shift again, i get home late and usually stay up till 2am but i'll make sure to be up tomorrow ;D I'd leave a note on the door "Please ring the door bell a bunch, I worked late and might not be up."

Congrats on the sub Matt! Sorry to hear about the missed delivery attempt. Same thing happen to me a few weeks ago with the XPR-5. I ended up having it dropped off at a 24hr FedEX store.

Looks awefully nice. I really want an xsp-1 as well. I am excited to hear you assess it's capabilities with your TT, since you will have a pretty good idea on how it's phono stage sounds.

Oh yeah. Now that's what I'm talking about. I think I heard your neighbors breathe another collective sigh of annoyance. "No!" they said. "Not more SPL!" they said.

Your setup looks awesome! What are your initial impressions of the sub? My XSP-1 just came in yesterday, and now I am looking for a sub in this price range to complete my system. I'm also looking at the Epik Legend and, if I want to splurge a bit, the Rhythmik F12. I think something sealed would work best for me, as I will be using it 100% for music. Hope you are enjoying your new gear!

Lots of bass or no bass, well i'll rotate it so the bass is there lol. Very deep with house shaking authority. Doesn't rattle or resonant, seems to be very rigid (the enclosure) at high volumes. Doesn't effect my TT with vibrations thru the rack. I have everything crossed over at 50hz. I'll try going a little higher this weekend but think it'll get muddy.

Did a sine wave sweep and the blinds on the windows were actually swinging back and fourth. Cool

Changed the crossover to 70hz on the sub and 75hz on the Tylers. Sounds absolutely amazing. If anyone wants to come take a listen they are welcome to. I'll show you what vinyl can really sound like

Good looking subwoofer Matt! Now just think how well you could smooth out the bass with a 2nd XS-15!!! ;D

WoW...nice setup...as I'll say very basically....that's a whole lot of speaker in that room...lol, I'll ask you since you seem to be a vinyl pro, setting up my Project Carbon is there anything specific to do like how do you set the tonearm tracking force and that as I have no measurement tools for such a thing...lol
love your system......

Chad Thanks Chad, With all Project Audio tables, they come with a setup manual. This will guide you through everything, from anti-skate, down force and azimuth. You'll do just fine. One nice thing, the cart is pre-installed with proper alignment I would recommend getting a record brush.

Thx Matt, I haven't even opened the box yet so never even thought of the manual lol, and yes I'm going to get a brush, totally forgot about it when I purchased the table so maybe just order one online somewhere.
