Would have been nice if they would have said something. Was planning on buying one to pair with the XMC-1. Somewhat ridiculous to announce a sale and then increase the "sale" price to more than the original asking price. Poor communications as always. Not one of their greatest skills.

I was expecting an increase after the current sale, not during it. Why just exclude the line from the current sale while still keeping their profit margins.
Company does strange things at times and then wonders why us hooligans make such a fuss. lol

I was reading a review of the XPR-1's from this summer and saw the MSRP was $1500 and knew something was up.

I really love emotiva...however I agree...their communication is terrible. They need to take a page from another of my favorites power sound audio,
Tom V and Jim over there are so accessible and transparent it is insane. Emo needs this level of openness flat and simple.

Well, communication costs money and doesn´t directly generate any...
Manuals / documentation and communication were criticized so often in the last years - make your own mind up, why there hasn´t been any real improvement so far.

Well, communication costs money and doesn´t directly generate any... Manuals / documentation and communication were criticized so often in the last years - make your own mind up, why there hasn´t been any real improvement so far. How does posting on their forum or sending out emails cost money?!

Was really considering buying one for a new HT. Poor business practices to announce a sale and increase the prices during it. Simply terrible. At least post something on the forum. It takes 2 seconds!

I think they can spare some time to keep their customer base informed...the full time employ Andrew to make videos!! I think they can hire someone to keep the public informed. lmao

Nevermind... how is that offensive its the truth...and dont know about business lmao i point to PSA subs..or SVS subs. or any other ID company...they all have fantastic CS and communication..if you are going top be ID then you MUST communicate..otherwise you will lose many customers!
