Anyone know why they took down Dan's post? I don't think they meant to leave this thread open gor responses. I'd guess there's a thread in the announcement forum now I can't seem to find one... I feel like the questions in this thread are less about the price increase and more about the shipping changes and now lack of shipping outside the US. |

the shipping cost WAS the reason for the price increase, apparently. It's been stated before that recent manufacturing/transportation costs are up too (in/from China). I believe Dan was alluding to the cost of the product being up. Not just their decision on changing to freight. If it was just a change to freight - the jump wouldn't have been as dramatic. That's my opinion anyway. I don't actually know anything at all  I'm confused by the removal of Dans post though. I thought the explanation helped smooth over some ruffled feathers. |

In reference to the XPR amp series, when I found out about the price increases, I first thought that the Emotiva Grinch was stealing Xmas for some folks. Afterwards, when I discovered the shipping changes, it appeared then that the Emotiva Santa had a new mode of transportation.  Now, with the very first post now missing from the thread, I'm scratching my head. |

FYI. Great guy, great products...they just need some real competition so customer service can go back to the high levels it was a while back. |

Breaking news for all Emotiva Lemmings...Worship services tonight for Dan Laufman have been moved from 6 PM CST to 7 PM CST. This was a necessity because the preceding Emotiva Minion Induction event at 5 PM was forecast to run over-time thanks to the many new converts within the last 2 months. We apologize for any inconvenience.
