Had 7 shipments from Emotiva all without a problem. I also think that I'm fortunate in that regard because of some of the bad shipments I've had in the past. Our UPS and FedEx guys are awesome though. Like, come up to the door and ask you about your kids and tells you what his little ones are up to. Very cool and unusual. Scott Good for you and I mean it. We have a whacko for a UPS driver and the Fedex guy is always nervous as hell.

I've been lucky so far, had 7 shipments from Emotiva, including a pair of floor standing XRT speakers, and recently an ERC-3. All boxes and units arrived in undamage and perfect condition.

However, I am pissed off and the local driver knows it. I didn't even have time to take pictures of the other 2 sides and the bottom where there was more damage. Based on how the box is crushed (on one end) I think it probably fell from a good height and landed on that end. Had it been squeezed between to other objects the crushing would have appeared all along the length of the box. As of right now its half way back to Emotiva.

OK DavidR, ............................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................Where's the tire marks? If you take a look at the 1st picture there's what some could argue is a tire mark running the length of the box under the RMA sticker.

Hi, I was just curious if many people have received one of these amps that was damaged during shipment due to the weight of these units and the lack of caution used by UPS, FED-EX etc? This is one concern I've had about ordering one I'm not that far away from Emotiva as I'm in mo. 63901 zip. Thanks! never had a damaged Xpa amp. owned xpa-5 and xpa-2 even the xpr amps made it to my house without any damage. own the xpr-5 and xpr-2. tchaik……….

I live in Poland and all the toys Emo arrived undamaged, but were cartons dents. I wanted to have Xpr-1. So I bought the second hand. I asked for the strengthening of cartons additional corners. Everything inside was ok, but one Xpr flying via Dubai (!?) to me - thank God also arrived undamaged (but without the two corners)
p.s sorry for poor English
