Hi, I read alot of reviews of UMC200 and Fusion 8100, and I still don't know what I will get for my HT 5.1. My listenning is 80% of movies and 20% of music. Please help. Thanks. What are your speakers? What is your room size?

I have a pair of Focal Colbalt 816 (125W/8ohm) for front L&R and Polk Audio 5.1 (100W/8ohm) for the center and surround . My living room is small about 16x12 feets and ceiling is around 12 feets. I want to set up my HT to 5.1 and later I will move to 7.1. My most concern is about the sound for Music and Movies. If I choose the Fusion 8100. It can drive my front speakers without a clipping or distortion coz Fusion 8100 rated just 65 watts per channels. Can I use the pre out from Fusion and plug in XPA 200 for more enough power to drive the front speakers and let the Fusion take care the rest of surround sound? What do you think? It can work simultaneously? Your suggestions are very appriciated. Thanks

The other thing that does is allow you to someday (if needed) sell the UPA700 and move up in power if needed.
