I'm looking at the new flex amp. There is an rca output as well as as the speaker outputs. Could this be for a sub ?

I'm looking at the new flex amp. There is an rca output as well as as the speaker outputs. Could this be for a sub ? Check out the user's manual. I'd use the speaker level inputs to the sub. There is no variable output RCA jacks. They are fixed IIRC. FWIW the Sherbourn PA-50-2 amp is nearly the same thing. It uses distributed audio speaker connections instead of the binding posts the Emo amp has - and according to ac4l.com the Sherbourn comes with a 10 year warranty - the Emo amp has a 5 year warranty. Once those Sherbourn amps are sold there won't be any more of them. Other than differences I mentioned above they are the same amp. |
