My oppo is acting weird. On all the apps I get not connected to the internet (hard wired). checked cable with laptop and all is good. Neither the hard button or the remote will open the tray (no disc inside). Also sometimes the front display switches to "off" on the display but the home screen is still on and you can navigate it. When powered on the display line never switches from "hello" either. NOW it just started turning itself off when I try to turn it on (boots up for just a second) Emailed oppo and will post their reply. Has anyone else has had similar problems? If you do have problems I will post Oppo's fix here.
Guess a return is in order - sounds like the mother board has gone out. BUMMER.

Had to unplug ad re-start, but the problems was an ir problem from a universal remote. Whew no return for repair.
