I got my repaired XMC-1 today from Calgary. They said that they replaced some of the boards (not specifying which one).
But now I have problems with running Dirac as my Windows is updated to version 10. It says that I reached maximum number of installations. I sent them an email and going to call support tomorrow regarding this.
Otherwise everything seems to be working fine so far.
Just an update. Sent them an email, they reset my license and now I can use Dirac again.

Any of y'all had to send equipment in for RMA in Calgary as of yet? I'm trying to figure out what I should be expecting for timelines. Seems I never fully appreciated my UMC-200 until it died and I no longer had a home theater heh. If no one has any experience, then i'll just provide an update once they finally contact me back to let me know it's repaired and being shipped. I sent a UMC-200 in for CAP replacement on Nov 21. Received at the repair depo Nov 25 at 10:xx am. Got a return address request on Dec 1, and responded and I asked for a tracking number and no response from Emo Calgary to date on the tracking number. So that is two weeks plus to date.

Well, got the UMC-200 back from Calgary, just under three weeks.
Unfortunately they never responded to multiple requests for tracking information and they shipped it back NO SIGNATURE REQUIRED while we were away for a Sunday & Monday (box dropped off Monday) on the front steps in plain view of anyone walking past.
Luckily no one took the box...I can't believe any company would ship in that manner. Even small low value packages from Amazon, DirectCanada, Memory Express etc all have a signature required condition.
Not a good practice...

I have had multiple Fed Ex deliveries that required a signature that were never signed for. I blame it more on the shippers than the company shipping it. Twice now I have come home to find my Emotiva gear from forum sellers next to my garage door in the driveway.
