It now reliably warm enough here in Cincy that I put my Def Tech 5500's back out on my deck. It's nice to sit out here and listen to Sweet Baby James. Mark Kids are in the pool here in Houston and my AW6500’s are running through a Prince playlist as we speak. I am running through a bottle of cab...

Covid-19 will not kill me. My frustration and stress and anger will. Recruiters are just asking for it. No professionalism at all as far as knowing when a candidate has already applied with another one of their associates. We are talking India folks. Yeah, play with that for second. I don't really care where you go with it. But talking over and over again with people who are not helping me because they don't have what they need in front of them is not my F'ing problem. Get your Schiit together!! I know why the military breaks you down and builds you back up again. Because as you come in, most are like these F'ing recruiters. Useless!!! This is really stupid, and my tolerance is at an end. Anyone who is a pro, I am only too happy to talk with. Got your head out of your A$$? You are nothing to me. You are a waste of oxygen. You call this topic blurt it out. Well there the F you go! Deal!

Dear Girls and Boys, I have some incredibly tragic news. The Easter Bunny has been hit with a Stay At Home order, for this Sunday. Not to place any specific blame but it is definitely the fault of the folks from Wuhan. Not even sure if the Easter Bunny normally visits there. Perhaps you can watch a cute movie with your mom and dad or any adults you might live with. We are so sorry!

My daughter has been really struggling with her college choice, but she finally made it. I now have an Ohio State Buckeye (daughter) and a Purdue Boiler (son). While I went to Purdue (and my son is 3rd generation there), I proudly also wear Alabama Crimson Tide gear and Notre Dame gear. I'm currently sitting here wearing an Ohio State t-shirt, and it feels pretty weird.
But, she made a good choice for her pre-med focus. I'm quite proud she was accepted at OSU, University of Louisville, Alabama, University of Florida, University of Tampa, and University of Cincinnati...and I am so relieved her tough choice is over.

Mark You sound like a very proud papa, deservingly so! You bet...when I became a parent, I hoped both my kids would do well in school and seek to do something special with their lives. Little did I expect for one to be on track to be an Aero/Astro Engineer and serve his country as a Navy Officer and for the other to serve others as a Doctor. Everyone seems to think my son is the "brainy" one because he looks the part, but this girl is the naturally brainy one of the two. She will graduate high school with 10 advanced placement or college dual credit courses behind her and a 3.97 GPA (raw, unadjusted). Meet the future Dr. Kline sitting between 2 proud parents... Mark

The irony is as thick as a concrete block. They lay off almost half the workforce and have the temerity to celebrate their 20 years as one of the best places to work. So to use my favorite phrased question. Is that like the healthiest in Intensive care?

My wife saw it instantly when my girl was born, and I disagreed, but as usual - she was right. Mark

I've not been able to smell or taste anything since Easter Sunday, which, due to my somewhat advanced age and assorted other probable symptoms, it was advised I be tested for COVID-19 I have an appointment to test today. I'm not sure how I feel about the test. On one hand, I would like the result to be negative, considering the reports of severe illness and healthcare equipment shortages. However, I don't really feel too sick - more or less like a mild case of the flu, and I think I may want a positive result just to get it over with so I can get on with my life!😷😵

Aaargghh!! Markets are down again today after a heavy selloff in the last session, as worries abound over China's fragile economy and chances of a new currency war. Just opened my 3 rd can of beer and ordered a personal size pizza... Hey, doing my best to stimulate the economy! Spinning my extensive Beatles collection... it's therapeutic! Hemster your back ! Dude i'm in Orlando . Stick your head out the window and yell. I'll do the same. Love ya Dude !

My question is, why hospitals are collapsing if the numbers from covid are lower than the seasonal flu? They aren't

However, I have sympathy for people who get the COVID-19 virus. I'll tell you that a common symptom of COVIC-19 but not well known by the general public is the lack of being able to smell or taste food (I had this exact same symptom as well as my only main symptom of a fever). Quite a few with the COVID-19 have no symptoms, but most have some, either a fever or some upper respiratory symptoms like coughing, sneezing, runny nose, etc. or both. Sorry, but my guess is you very well might have it. Take care of yourself and get well if it is positive.

We trend toward divergent opinions which, I believe, is a sign of a healthy democracy. Best wishes to you and the lovely Noriko. Be well.
