I don't think Chuckie is trying to convince anyone to use it. He was a covid patient not too long ago. I believe he is trying to dispel the false narrative in the MSM about HCQ. Big Pharma would make no money on a pill that costs 36 cents and has no patent protections. It makes one wonder if its about the virus or something else. Oh I must have read his post wrong. I thought he said it wasn’t going to be political.

Nice when an expert confirms that the one you bought even though it is not the best. He would buy it too outright. Price to performance don't you know. I like that!

I want to make a post that is 100% medical in content and intent. I intend or imply zero political leaning or intent whatsoever in my post. You should get your doctor to write you a prescription for it if that’s what you want to do. I don’t know why you’re trying to convince everyone else to do it. Not to drag this subject out, but only to correct rickhawk's reply. I did not want my doctor to write a prescription and did not or do not need one. I had a very mild case and only a fever for 7 days, no (as in zero) upper respiratory symptoms. Clean lung x-ray and no pneumonia. I did take several Tylenol to keep the fever lower for the first 4 days. I nowhere in my post tried to convince anyone to use it. I only passed on from my intensive reading about Covid-19 that most legitimate medical testing showed a positive effect when used right before or after the initial onset of the virus. The main negative in my post was poor evaluation or even negative comments in the media claiming the drug was not effective or even dangerous, many of these reports IMO had a political bias. Please don't read into my post, intentions that are not there, thanks. I hope this clears up rickhawk's misunderstanding of my post.

An issue is like a song. It has a beginning, bridge, and an end. When you ask someone to perform a certain task, test, or procedure, be sure this "song" is clear. I stopped counting how many times I have seen others unclearly suggest something and too much is lost in the translation. Be specific. Be clear, and concise.
The test, task, then procedure, the the result or outcome. Just like a song. Easy right?
For many strangely, no.

I guess the part where you claim the media is misleading the public for “political reasons” threw me off for a minute.

I’m beat. Did taxes for the business follows be replacing the guts of the men’s room toilet. Now I’m on a break from being in the attic. AC drain isn’t! Yes, read it again! LOL Most of my tools needed are now at the restaurant. So it’s the jumbo shop vac to blow the drain through. I pray that fixes it or it’s back to the restaurant to pick up the snake.
Did I mention that I’m beat? I sat and enjoyed my system for ten minutes today! 🤬
Pray this works and then I’ll be done for the day. 🙏🙏🙏

We have been tipping above and beyond what we normally do. Many of our favorite servers are hurting due to lost wages and the difficulty in getting unemployment.

We have been tipping above and beyond what we normally do. Many of our favorite servers are hurting due to lost wages and the difficulty in getting unemployment. THANKS Same has been happening to my servers, they greatly appreciate it. I had kept my employees on during all of this and found the money by God’s grace. PPP just didn’t go very far at all. Not sure of the payback rules yet either. Before everyone jumps up and says it’s a free loan, that’s not necessarily true, just yet. They are rewriting the rules. Even if it’s all forgiven we will be lucky to still own the business. Restaraunt bussiness is not for the meek. Also, I’m requiring my staff to wear masks and gloves and social distancing while serving. A smile still transcends a mask!

The one time I lost a family member, and so proud she did so well. I am guessing 102 or 103. My Grandmother passed away. I don't know the details but I am hoping quietly and peacefully in her sleep. Forever in paradise with Lord and God, and my Mom and other family in Heaven. No more toil, no more pain. Just peace, just love, just paradise for all eternity. I am forever grateful she was in my life. Most thing I will remember is her ability to walk for miles, climb the stairs on the hills of San Francisco. We were kids and she out paced us every time. No contest. Strong and wise. I wish I knew her better. I knew my Grandmother more on my Dad's side, but still, her strong spirit will go on forever. And that I am forever grateful.

Back in 2012, I asked for support of my friend Ann and her daughter Gracie. Gracie was about to turn 5, and she was diagnosed with Leukemia. Ann and her husband didn't need help with the bills, but a bunch of us wanted to do something to support Ann and her family. So, a friend started a "Do it for Gracie" event, and a bunch of us collected pledges and went to a barbershop together and had our heads shaved. Together, we raised over $7000, and we donated it to the Cincinnati Children's Hospital for their research into leukemia.
Gracie got cleared from that after a lot of treatments and many rough times. Then, it came back 2 years ago.
2 days ago, she was pronounced clear again. I can't tell you how relieved I am for Ann, Gracie, and their whole family. Ann is an amazing Mom, and Gracie is truly a "trooper".
Words from Ann follow: "It has been two years, to the day, that Gracie started Round 2. And today, we finish. This fight, this time, we intend to end it for good. We win. She won. We're done. I can't decribe in words the feelings, so i'm not even going to try. For the whirlwind that has been 2020, this is a bright and shining light of Hope and goodness. I close with a simple word to all of you: Thanks."
Thanks to all who donated in our first event...keep all those fighting disease in your hearts and especially - keep those medical expert in your hearts. Give them the wisdom to make the right calls and to find new solutions for us.
Mark
