Alas, just a folding table, but I’m sure Boudreaux or Thibodeaux could modify it for me!

It wasn't an easy week but on my new gig, we are doing training and the big boss is doing the training. I get paid a complement for the great job I am doing. Warms the heart because this job as much as I love it, takes allot of juice out of me to make a go, but it is doing what is important to me. So sure it was a tough week, the complement makes it all good.

Done on a Weber Silver C BBQ grill, not a smoker. Took me a while at indirect heat, but the meat is fall-apart tender, very juicy, and very tasty. I think I can do it next time at slightly less turning frequency & still have it come out the same (I turned this one every 45 minutes until the brisket got wrapped in foil). The hardest part was having to keep changing the wood chips so that it had continuous smoke. Next time, I may try throwing in a larger branch that will burn more slowly. We wolfed down half of the brisket and froze the other half. I’ve had that same 3 burner Weber grill (minus the right side burner) what seems like forever. Ive replaced the cooking grates, lighting mechanism, and flavorizer bars. I still use it frequently. A great product.

Production values are it. My audio video workstation amazes my trainers and fellow workers alike. 2nd training others saw and heard my system and they turned off their cameras. Lighting, good best practices and especially a microphone that fits your voice. The Shure SM7B fits mine. The Electrovoice RE20 I initially wanted was not a good match. The more I take a more professional approach to this all, the more I enjoy this hobby.

Go to 7:10, listen to the question THEN listen to the answer. Did Aldrin say what I heard?

PICNIC Problem in Chair, Not in Computer. Or ID10T error. It is easy to blame something else when we don't check our own process and read the instructions first. Basics are right there. Solved 3 issues in less than a minute just going that way the customer did not want to go. Fascinating!

Worked so hard for the Tascam 208i USB interface to sound good with my GAP 73. It just wouldn't distortion all over. So in comes my Yamaha Mixer and I update the USB Driver from the Yamaha support site, and it sounds awesome. No Virtual B.S.. Just reliable manual controls right there. Just what I need. Tascam 208i goes back to Sweetwater.

He monitors the storm surge potentials against the elevation of his home….could be cutting it close this time around.
