I was also amazed at how thin the OLED are. Curious to see the pricing on the 77" and to see if they extend the line of OLED to 85" or more.

I enjoyed LG's opening talk. It's interesting that the majority of time they harped on "OLED is the future", and then when they mention the 3 large TV's they mutter "and they are LCD's" under their breath. For my mancave, I currently use a Panasonic AE4000u projector. I likely won't change that until it dies. When it does, I would actually prefer to get a TV/display instead of a projector, but I have grown quite used to the 106" screen w/my PJ! I have a feeling that by the time I am ready, it will be a toss-up between a high end PJ and the largest screen TV I can get. I think it will take at least 85" to keep me happy, and the pickings are mighty slim (and quite costly!) at that size of TV today. Hopefully that improves! Mark They(LG) did say that the 4 different levels of 8 OLED TV's that will be available in 2016 will range from the 55 to 77 in range, so I'm encouraged that larger panels will be available in the foreseeable future. I was quite intrigued with how thin, 2.37mm (thickness of 4 credit cards), the panel/glass will be as well. For those of you interested, Dolby Vision will also be a feature in their Signature line of OLED TV's. LG 1mm thick wallpaper screen as thick as 1 credit card

Just pre-ordered the new Samsung UHD (UBD-K8500) player from Best Buy ($399 del Feb 22). Two HDMI outs - perfect for my Samsung FS8500 4k tv and my Marantz AV7702. Im confused, isn't it a Blueray player that can stream 4K, not play 4K discs? Are there 4K discs? Can they hold that much data ??

I'd love to see the back side of everything. And more detailed info. The last pic with a gen 3 5 channel sure looks like it has only 4 speaker connections. New color(s) More questions soon!! Thanks Nick, I'm sure it's going to be a long fun day.

@ Novisnick
I think the 5 Channel pic is configured to show the modular setup. There are 4 channels in the chassis, and 1 board outside... as well as further 2 slots for the 7 channel... Looking forward to the day's announcement as some of the new gear seems to be just what I'm after!
