I just left from the dealer and one of the speaker was indeed playing up to a db lower than the other in their test environment. Same has been conveyed to Emotiva too.
The dealer is now obliged and requested to replace the pair owing to break in issues and also we still not knowing of the two which speaker unit is malfunctioning.
Let's see how this goes.

I finally received the replacement T2 pair after some 5 week wait.
I have just finished unpacking them, will post my observations on output once I check them tonight hopefully.

I am a victim of bad luck it seems, I unpacked yesterday and just noticed today that one speaker is a victim of manufacturing defect in all probability  The speaker has some faint lines and a blemish on top right side.. It is not on the edge but near it. The lines are faint and can be seen only when up close. The boxes and packaging seemed fine. It is probably that the speakers passed QC or lack of it and reached me. The lines seem to give a a factory related issue. No point in even checking them. |

When it rains it pours; very sorry to hear of your troubles. I hope you can be patient and it eventually works out for you; by all accounts they are an impressive speaker.

Not to worry, please wait another five weeks for your replacements. wow really The issue has been conveyed to dealer who might still have stock at hand. So in all probability might get them replaced soon enough. Btw what do you guys make of the damage? Looks like B Stock more than damage. |

Got the replacement done, let's hope everything works out nicely .... Finally Btw kudos to the Indian dealer for having worked out everything so far. I was at a budget hotel in Delhi for a Conference meeting the other day and saw a installation of Emotiva A200, PT 100 paired with some pure Acoustics satellites. The sound was fabulous and very full. I asked them and the stewards replied that earlier they had an onkyo and sound was not nearly as clear or loud. I am looking to biamp the t2 speakers, can anyone let me know which set of terminals is for HF (tweeter/midrange) and which set is for LF (Woofer)? There are 2 sets one above the another.
I read the literature and tried finding a answer online but could not find one.
