So has anyone played around with the various modes the E2 can operate in? I installed them as bipoles and have pretty much liked the surround effect. I think my previous surrounds were set up as dipoles which I think had a less defined surround signature. It would be fun to be able to switch modes on the fly with a remote control, but that of course would be much pricier and more complex speaker.
In any event, I am very pleased with the 2 pair of E2's I bought to use as side and rear surrounds. I complement them with 3 T1's behind an acoustically transparent projection screen. I know not everyone can configure their setups to accommodate speakers behind the screen, but if you can I highly recommend it; nothing makes the movie watching experience more realistic than having voices coming from the screen itself. Three identical vertically oriented towers behind the screen improve front localization, compared to the more common two towers and single horizontal center channel.

Cool setup you have with three T1's behind an AT screen - I am hoping to go that route also. Are you still pleased with the T1's performance for movies? What is the width of your screen and how far back do you sit? Cheers, Ross
