Just wondering if Canadian shipping is going to be available again, and hopefully with a choice of USPS shipping.
Cheers from one of your Northern customers Update: Shipping is back for Canadians and free over $49 Chad

Trying to checkout from the cart it doesn't allow Canada any longer, it's confusing for sure and the end result doesn't allow shipping to Canada. My last order of cables I emailed them and requested USPS and I opted to pay shipping rather then get taken by UPS for customs clearance fees, my $34 order had a clearance fee charged by UPS of $24. I'm hoping they allow shipping here again and allow USPS as a carrier option, it's rare I incur any fees from Canada post that way. I also tried to order cables but after several unsuccessful attempts I gave up and ordered elsewhere.

Emotiva also dropped our main Canadian distributor Summithifi, I was actually looking to purchase three T1 towers from them if I could sell my three Chane towers so that sucks www.summithifi.com/

Yes. They cut off Summit Hifi this week. Aamir said he begged to stay on board but they had no interest in continuing business with him. Sad.

Yes. They cut off Summit Hifi this week. Aamir said he begged to stay on board but they had no interest in continuing business with him. Sad. I think its quite difficult to have online sales and then a dealer model as well. Summits prices were pretty out of this world. I looked at that site and then compared whati could do it from EMO for and it was in my best interest to buy direct.

I called Emotiva today and asked. They said it’s just a computer glitch, should be fixed in a day . ( so I figure another 6 months 🤣🤣🤣🤣)

Their office and repair center is located in Calgary, there are also two or maybe even three other Canadian distributors in Canada unless they have been dropped as well. Chad

I have purchased some of my Emotiva products from a dealer in Quebec - Quebec Acoustique - www.quebecacoustic.com/en/ - Richard Desjardins has always provided me with very fast shipping and excellent prices. You have to email for a quote.

I was very close to ordering a Bas-X S8 subwoofer until I got to the point where the website would not actually let me place an order. That's very disappointing, especially since the site provides prices in Canadian dolllars. And shipping via UPS to Canada is horrible, as they charge outrageous brokerage and processing fees (sometimes 30-50% of the value of the product!) Fedex or USPS are far better for shipping to Canada.
Unfortunately I won't order from Emotiva until they take a look at this

Unfortunately fedex has begun gouging as well. I had to pay an extra fee for them to pay my gst up front. I would have happily paid the gst at my door or at the fedex facility. I try and do all my cross border shipping via post nowadays. Or I go to the border and pick up my large items. Just not worth buying most items from the states these days.

Yes call them and ask to ship it via USPS, I'm not sure whats going on for shipping off the website but a phone call will net you positive results.
