This guy was such a groovy piano player. Maybe it was the mustache. But anyway, I really like this album.

Yet another great taken from us a few years back. Loved what he did with the Billy Cobham George Duke Band. Many other things, particularly the Brazilian stuff. I’m gonna look up a favorite YouTube link after this from 1998 and post it here afterwards. Bill

That’s an AWESOME album....could be 20 years I’ve had my copy. Incredible drummer and an excellent recording to boot. Bill (The Marsalis CD 💿 that is)

This is quite possibly one of the best albums ever. I've also been digging this lately:

Every cut on this album is really good. The drumming is great. I didn't realize Joe Henderson was on sax til today while reading a little about the album. Lee Morgan's best album? It one I keep playing. I've heard most of his big ones and I think this one is the most enjoyable.

Attachment DeletedGood stuff here. I have a stereo copy ordered in Mint condition. This is a promo copy in mono. Sounds fine, but the effort to remove sticker ruins the look of the cover on my copy.
