I just realized that while I buy cds pretty often, I almost never listen to a cd. I listen to the ripped files on a daily basis, but put a cd in the stereo? Faghetaboutit.

I buy both cds and vinyl...very few digital downloads.
If I can buy an album that is AAA vinyl, I do that...if it's a digital master, then I buy a cd. To me, seems silly to buy a digital recording that's transferred to vinyl when I'm happy with my digital front end.
Last weekend I bought two John Prime vinyl reissues...but his newest album "Tree of Forgiveness " which I think was a digital master...so I bought the cd....which btw is a wonderful album.
