Hey Y'all...
Has anyone heard anything as of late regarding a new Emotiva DAC?
My Vintage XDA-2 still serves well, and has been a real Trooper in it's 6yrs of use, but alas,Digital Tech moves forward.
I am SO ready for a new Emotiva!

SO WHERE IS THE DC-2 ?
The ERC-4 digital inputs is not what I was looking for so now I'm waiting to look at the DC-2. I heard nothing about it in the Podcast.

From the E Files. DC-2 really exists secretly. Satellite images have seen unusual activity of equipment shifting from 131 to 135 buildings. Also infra red plumes show that the nuclear reactor has been running at higher than usual output suggesting that the quantum nuclear positronic linear accelerator is at higher output than usual that also indicates possible warp time expansion and contraction of the space time continuum. May have to do with the highly yet unstable femto second differential phase shifting to accomplish best performance in a controlled experiment. That is just the core of the DSP development. Now the rest is still under investigation, but what really has us curious. Why the new run way in the back when it has been sighted 5 Stealth heavy lifting helicopters unmarked of course landing there in the middle of the night or the secret quantum singularity craft certain secret Emotiva reseachers have been seen entering and exiting. I don't think there's much of profit margin left for Emotiva in this space. Everyone and their grandma is coming out with DAC's and the cost is dropping faster than panties at a prince concert.

I saw a review that was over 5 years old. Amp unlike DAC's can last a lifetime but DAC's need to be updated at least every few years. |

Just my guess, but...I doubt we will see the DC-2 until after the RMC-1 expansion modules are out and I would expect/hope the DC-2 includes the streaming module they talked about a while ago (which is also slated to be an RMC-1 expansion module).
But, that's a total guess.
