Play set for the kids. Took about 22 hours to install with 1 pal to help hold things. Just need to install the slide but I'm waiting for the upgraded one to arrive. Got a spiral tube slide in lieu of the flat/straight one. Scott

 Martin Logan Dynamo 500. Caught a demo model on clearance from Audio Advisor. $219 with free shipping. Who am I to blow against the wind? This gives me the 4th of my "quad subwoofer experiment." Now I have to calculate the four independent volumes that will match the satellite speakers. Since it's a log curve, not a linear one, by my calculations, setting all four subs to 94 dB will provide a combined SPL of 100 dB. If I set the satellite speakers to that same 100 dB level, all should be smooth. All four subs are 10" units - Klipsch, Emotiva, Velodyne, and Martin Logan. All are ported. Since all will be working simultaneously, room modes should be minimized, cone excursions should be minimized, and therefore distortion should be minimized. Boomzilla |

Boomzilla Now THAT will be a killer experiment! 4 is supposed to be the pinnacle in sub arrangement for the average user room. I'll be anticipating your findings.
