I figured it was time to get a single amp instead of a XPA-200 and an old Denon stereo receiver for the ATMOS Tops that I am just now getting connected. Maybe I can use the XPA-200 for some Wides? I've still got some old towers stored away. The XPA200 might be an overkill for wides.... This is the Emotiva Lounge! Who doesn’t like overkill? 🤔

Because of B&H's retarded cart system and their ever present holidays I got a better lens somewhere else for the same money. Way to go B&H. I had been buying from B&H for years. Now I am going to be more guarded when I buy from them. Anytime I see their holiday warning, I steer clear especially. Their loss. My gain. The customer will always win when you don't do your thing. So I am happy overall with the process that I did. B&H? Not so much.

Just pulled the plug and upgraded my lame surround channel amp (I was using a 15 year old receiver for "surround" duty) to an XPA "build-your-own" XPA TEN-4-3S.

For systems recording, my second bedroom mic, and guest mic. Bought 2 of them. The Neat King Bee is getting allot of buzz...uh, yeah, with the pros. So took the plunge today. Got 2 15 foot XLR cables too. You know what XLR cables look like. They are long, and black and have XLR balanced connectors at the ends. Known as Cannon Connectors from way back for those around like me.

A pair of RLS CG5s to serve as heights over my T1s. I'd gone to an RSL CG23 for center awhile ago as I have a size constraint there, and was impressed with how well it blended with the the T1s. The CG5s do too. Playing music in all channel stereo, with the balance equal between the T1s and the RSLs, the clarity just drips colors.

Killer IEMs are expensive if that is your bag. Not mine. Diamonds in the rough. Finding gold in a silver mine. The Chinese in me. Holy Cow. Just bought the Blon IEMs. I have the Tins and some Klipsch to compare. At around $38.00, they are not going to hurt anyone's feelings either. Will it suck, will it be great, more people think they are very nice. Throwing money big time is never my way, but if they are special and low money, all wins. As always, your mileage may vary.

My newest toy. When it arrived my wife asked what it was. I told her it was the birthday present she didn't buy me (my birthday was May 30). She chuckled only because she didn't know the cost. It'll be going inside the cabinet once it stops transferring and updating my music.

Bluesound Node 2i, my first real streamer I also just bought a Node 2i on AVS for a pretty good price. I should get it early next week. It will be connected to my RMC-1. Should I use the Optical or Coax output on the node and let the RMC-1 DAC do the work?

Simple task of connecting my Yamaha AVR to the Internet for vTune music. Eventually it will also connect a music library via DNLA. This unit is not for critical listening but for background music while working other projects. Easy setup.

Should I use the Optical or Coax output on the node and let the RMC-1 DAC do the work? My experience with the Node2i is that which digital output you use does not matter. I did find a fair sound difference between the digital and analog outputs. I believe the DAC in the XMC-1 is better than what comes with the Node. I would be interested in your findings after you get a chance to use it.
