It's amazing how cheap these things are these days. The last one I bought before this was 64GB and cost about the same as this one.

My Bellari Phono Stage gave up the ghost recently, which is to say it started outputting a roar that changing tubes would not address. My best friend is an electrical engineer, so he and I gave it a once over with no luck. So it was upgrade time! I settled on the Vincent PHO 701, I had heard good things about the sound, it was more flexible than my previous preamp as I could move into MC cartridges, and it had a USB out. I rip my vinyl, and the possibility of having a decent USB out might save me some time and effort. I thought it was probably 16 bit though, so it was not an important part of the purchase.
The Vincent arrived and was easy to set up and use. At first use, it is quite a step up from the Bellari, the music sounds more solid with better dynamics. I still have a lot of listening to do, but the initial impression is quite good. As to the USB, I am getting 24 bit data which I record at 48K and the rips sound better than my previous, clunky approach. So this will be a fun summer of vinyl and ripping!

Got to protect the Tab A. It will go in the field and be a controller for my gimbal for my mirrorless or smartphone.

Boomzilla- I believe you will like this product. At least I remember you liked it when you had the Jolida version. I only remember because I have really wanted to try this product and just never pulled the trigger. You are the only person I knew who owned it. Very interested how the WiFi works and if Its roon compatible.

I borrowed one & auditioned it prior to purchase. It is Roon compatible. The current product sounds significantly better than the original Jolida. The unit I receive may or may not have wireless. Will find out when it arrives.

I saw one of these in a YouTube video and decided to try one. Wish I'd known about this tool years ago! Adjusts to almost any AWG and can strip multiple wires at a time (like speaker wires or lamp cords).

Comfort, Style make for a happy man! Nice looking shoes, but I couldn't wear them. I'm flat footed, and have a wide set of toes. These are more my style:

I have been using this spice complete. Really love it especially on chicken. Needed more. Amazon bought and cheaper than the store.

Always about options and systems. Canon is now going to be an option on my Sony a7ii. Just bought the Sigma EF-E for EF Full Frame Canon glass, and reserved a 70mm to 300mm EF zoom lens. Used on the lens and new on the automated intelligent adapter.

Sad thing is, when I closed the studio about 10 years ago it was difficult to even give the old film equipment away - even to colleges. A buddy of mine and I collected all our Speedotron Brown Line equipment and "convinced" an art college with a great photo dept to accept it. Keep having fun with it!

I figured it was time to get a single amp instead of a XPA-200 and an old Denon stereo receiver for the ATMOS Tops that I am just now getting connected. Maybe I can use the XPA-200 for some Wides? I've still got some old towers stored away.
