Anyone by any crazy chance had a chance to play with this Sol TT. Looks like the first run had several issues, but after a March re release things look pretty good. I have a fairly basic Rega P1 which is fine, but slightly lacking. And honestly I like how that Sol looks.

I'm looking forward to buying one this summer, but I haven't checked into build details like you have, I'll be interested to see if others have any experience. Think I have a buyer for my Thorens. |

The Sol really looks intriguing. You get much more involved with this turntable than the usual. If I do vinyl I would into the Sol.

VTA adjustment on the fly, and Jason said he would have spare tonearms so if a MC or another cartridge is in play you could pre set that up too. Don't know when that is supposed to happen. I am a bit behind on the latest on Sol.

I’m looking at it for a second location. Home system has the RP-6 in Ferrari Red with the exact two and Lehmann Decade. Add tubes (Monoblocks of course) and Paradigm Studio 100’s and my socks get blown off every time I drop the needle.

I need to build a floating (but very solid) shelf for the Sol to sit on, it would match this one which is above, except have cubbies for the preamp, and cleaners.  |

Sorry to hear that you are not the only one. I ordered one as well on the 10th for my bday and the website says shipping 3-5 business days. In my experience it takes a while, my Yggy took 3 weeks for me to receive on I got it June 3rd. The Vali 2 took about 2 weeks. They have good solid products but Schitty turnaround but that is not fair to say considering what is going on in the world these days. So I am patient and hope for the best:). You will find that your cc pending payment will drop off but they will charge it when it ships.
