Heard quite a lot, and read a lot in the older forums about the first editions or a special release years ago. I eat the old forums years ago, from many members and the 5 or 10 pairs of mono blocks with the lifetime warranty. I know I’m not crazy, I read a lot about them, and would have purchased if not so expensive please, let me know the truth and facts of these amps. thanks J

Is the owner of the company watching these messages?
I’m sure there were monoblocks with a lifetime warranty!
Please correct me if I’m wrong. I was a daily reader of the early Emotiva forums, and remember these amps. Another question, if I were to purchase a pair, would the warranty transfer to a new 2nd owner? Thank you and great weekend to all.
Cheers, J

Usually the original owner has to specify the warranty should transfer it to the new owner and contact emotiva to do so. I don't think it's automatic.

Someone will chime in.
They are out there, maybe the buyers don’t look at the forums.
I know these amps are out there, I searched a lot, there is 5 pairs of xpa-1 amps, purchased by a select few, numbers 1-10 1 and 2 3 and 4 and so on up to number 10. I read some review in audio review by arcticdeth also on emotiva. It’s a long read on audio review. There is a few others also with reviews!
Would appreciate truth.
Also , is there a transfer to new owner if a pair of these amps are purchased??
Looking forward to responses!.......

This thread is absolutely pointless. Ask Emotiva directly.

Do you want all kinds of gossip, rumours and half remembered tidbits, or do you want a reliable answer? Even people tell you whatever you want to hear the worth of that information will be zero if Emotiva sees things differently.

Then when you need service from Emo are you going to use the post as your proof? Good luck with that.

Lifetime amplifier warranty normally is listed under the Today’s Humor section! Imagine (just for a moment) that a manufacturer would restore an amplifier to original factory spec. After 20 years let alone lifetime. Fall for that one if you wish.

Next time you have a question that no one around here can answer and is better answered directly by Emotiva or that you can answer yourself, feel free to stop by and ask!

Also because they have moved on to switching power supplies and newer generations. Chances are they will be out of some parts if you do have an issue during your lifetime. Best you'll get is some kind of refund or Emotiva credit.

Legitimate question about older products.
Yet, I’m met with rude and sarcastic replies.
Thought this forum was full of good people, I was wrong.
