I've come across a couple of songs that just sound fabulous on my system and maybe on yours too. The first one is "Fast Car" by Tracy Chapman. Her voice is mesmerizing and her guitar is almost haunting. Second, "Bird On A Wire" by Jennifer Warren off her Famous Blue Raincoat 1986 album. Third, "Music Box" and "Last Island" by Peter Mayer off his Music Box album. The imaging, clarity and channel separation on any of these is superb. Close your eyes and you're on stage with them!
If you have a multi channel system, try listening to any of these in Neo6 or whatever you use to split 2 channels into 5,7,11,16 etc.
I forgot to add "Avalon" by Roxy Music and pretty much anything off of Poco's "Legend" and Super Tramp's "Breakfast on America" Albums.
If you have any of your favorites to share, here would be a good place to do so.
Thanks, Paul

Steve Winwood (Traffic) made a splendid clear and propulsive solo Youtube video of just himself singing and on guitar of "John Barleycorn Must Die".

I have a very complete rendition of Bernstein's West Side Story played by the San Francisco Symphony under Michael Tilson Thomas, I believe from 2014. I actually have both a 44.1 and 96kHz version on flac files. It appears you can get the 96kHz flac version now from, e.g., Pro Studio Masters. I don't remember where I downloaded this from but it rocks, is clear and potent!
P.S. I did a quick look around - there was a youtube recording of, e.g., "Mambo", from this recording, but boy is it more compressed!
