Has anyone mentioned the absolute GOAT of TV programs? "The Adventures of Rocky and Bullwinkle." Must See TV. I have some on VHS for trade? Best 'kids' show ever for adults. Even better, IMO than Soupy Sales......

Hi all, this is about any tv show you like, liked, still love...and so on.... I will start with a few... Bonanza Star Trek (any of them) Delvechio Ironside The Flintstones Land of Giants Lost in Space Come on people, let it out... That original 1960s lost in space was some campy fun indeed!
I can’t go back… However, this 1998 remake (if you have not seen it) is tons of fun with surprisingly well done special effects for the time and sound… Lots of fun and stays true to the original idea they are lost and they stay lost lol if you haven’t seen it, give it a watch. View Attachmentoriginal TV 'Lost In Space' got lost, alright......and fell off a cliff by the end of the 2nd season. It is clear the script /producers and such of the MOVIE version never saw the original.......Terrible stuff. As bad as the 'movie version' of the original Robert Conrad take on Wild Wild West....Which also jumped the shark a few years into it...... And speaking of movie remakes of vintage TV? Get Smart? (thumbs DOWN) Original TV series was a classic until they brought in Don Rickles and got 86 and 99 Married With Children.... I wish THAT would come back somehow so I could revisit Hymie The Robot! I Built a replica Cone Of Silence but my wife escaped......

I have the COMPLETE DVD set of 'The Prisoner' with Patrick McGoohan.......12 or 13 episodes? Summer replacement for Jackie Gleason.....
But my FAVORITE?
Mystery Science Theater 3000. Really awful,
And NOBODY has yet mentioned Science Fiction Theater..,,with your host, Trumen Bradley.....
Classic SciFi Anthology which predated Twilight Zone, Outer Limits AND Third Rock From The Sun

He drove in a big circle.... Blake shot the got out of a 5th floor window from a moving car......with a Snubbie/ probably a 38. That was IT for me.......

ENJOY! Rober Blake was good in it, I guess. His first movie that I saw was ElectraGlide In Blue......in which he played a motorcycle cop in Arizona. He wanted a promotion.....and was a good cop.....Good movie, too......If you are a Blake fan? this should be on the list..... www.imdb.com/title/tt0070022/

I like BAD. Real Bad.
To that end? My entry in the sweepstakes is::
QUARK
This was on for maybe 3 episodes. At least I SAW 3 of 'em.....Wiki says 8, which is Too Much!
Show starred Richard Benjamin and the Doublemint Twins (grew up Beautiful) and several others.
Plot, what there was of it? Benjamin captain'd a space garbage truck and was sent on 'missions' by 'The Head'.
Awful from git to go......which didn't happen soon enough. A Low Point for everyone concerned with this project.

Gigantor was cool... or at least I thought so at the time... I watched Speed Racer as well as “Gigantor” around the same time frame. View Attachment…… Hadn’t seen the imagery for Gigantor in such a long time I had to look it up!

The really unsettling thing is that I remember that episode.

Nothing that's been done since then requires the level of suspension of disbelief necessary to believe that a pair of glasses can make you totally unrecognizable - even to close friends and co-workers. (Especially since Clark Kent did, at least occasionally, take off his glasses.)

I thought it an imperative to point out that in the two-part episode of Superman and the mole men, their weapon of choice when they rose up from underground, was indeed a modified Electrolux vacuum cleaner from the 1950s, complete with a funnel on one end and metal tubes attached around it. A very ominous and effective weapon! Effective indeed, so it did not suck!

We must distinguish Movies from TV...... Some of the remakes as movies of classic....or at least FUN television have been AWFUL. Like Wild Wild West. Or Lost in Space. Or even the REMAKE of Psycho.....Horrible stuff.....ALL. Being a scifi fan? I must had one early show that was WAY ahead of its time......for any number of reasons. SPACE PATROL was early to the starting line and as such simply missed much real 'science'.... But the BEST part? When the script lagged and there was essentially No Action? You could always count on one of the nice young ladies to go UP or DOWN one of the numerous ladders. www.youtube.com/watch?v=Sm2Te5rTCp8

Bicycle Repairman? (Monty Python) I loved Monty python, especially the holy grail and vicious rabbit, but I somehow missed the boat on this one This was from the first season of Monty Python's Flying Circus which was a BBC tv show that aired in the USA on PBS in the early 1970's, as were the skits Confuse-A-Cat, and Nudge Nudge.

If I'm not mistaken? Confuse-A-Cat was a divisiion of Bewilda-Beast?
