No Escape. Once you get past the silly and impossible stunts, the movie is pretty good.

A bittersweet movie, just finished to watch it on Bluray with my wife and son. Surprisingly deep and loud bass in a couple of aerial bombing scenes and score from John Williams (sorry, could not resist...)

Just watched "The Drop" with James Gandolfini. Cool laid back movie which tells a really good story. If you like mob movies, you will probably like this one. I think this was James last movies as he was taken way too early.
Also, just finished watching season one of Quarry. Cinemax series...pretty cool.

Watched this with the wife on Saturday. Out of the new Trek films, I think this one was the best.

Very good indeed. We watched all 8 episodes over four weeknights.

Not quite impressive Thats a shame, I've enjoyed the other movies. So its last out of the three? Wait till the blueray goes discounted? Thanks for your input.

Watched this with the wife on Saturday. Out of the new Trek films, I think this one was the best. Watched it over the weekend. Justin Lin should stick to the Fast N' Furious franchise. Abrams did a much better job directing. That aside, audio was lacking (especially LFE) when compared to the first two movies. Wonder if they changed sound engineers.

Watched this with the wife on Saturday. Out of the new Trek films, I think this one was the best. I thought this move had great CGI and a decent plot/soundtrack but at times it was goofy and sophomoric. This isn't 1967 anymore and they should have "matured" the characters a bit. I thought all the Spock/Bones arguments were silly as was much of the interplay between the characters. OK for a rental But that's just me..

Not quite impressive I read this book and I was hoping the movie would be half as good as the book.

Went to the IMAX this past Saturday to see this new Marvel Universe movie. I quite enjoyed it, as I didn't know what to expect out of this movie. Not to ruin any future tie-ins, but this looks like it will be intertwining with the Avengers in one way or the other.
