Last night I watched "Master and Commander: The Far Side of the World" on Blu-ray.
Best Audio soundtrack ever, for any Emotiva gear, or any other brand for that matter.

* And as in right now, I just finished watching all the Special Features (Deleted Scenes, Toronto interview...) from the Blu-ray of "It Might Get Loud". ...Fantastic, highly inspiring, influential, magical, fascinating, invigorating, illuminating...

we watched the last disc of the first season of Heroes last night. That first season was the best of the seasons thus far.

You are definitely right about heroes, watched and really enjoyed season 1, watched about half of season 2 and lost interest. Then I heard season 3 was going back to season 1s style, so i watched about the first 3 episodes and again, lost interest. Tonight I watched episodes 4 and 5 of Band of Brothers, WOW, great stuff.

Close Encounters of the Third Kind. Watched the 1998 Director's Cut. Fun it's been many years since I've seen it. Lots of rumble in a few of the scenes, actually had a few buzzes in the house that I hadn't heard before.

Last night I watched Band of Brothers 6,7 and 8. I will finish it tonight. It is so good, I can't believe it took me so long to see this. Now I see they are doing another 10 part series call "Pacific", I hope it is as well done. I just got done watching Star Trek (New), that is such a good workout for my whole system. That disc is so well done, picture and sound. Gonna grab some food then start Band of Brothers. The wife and kids are out today so I can crank the system. ;D

yup the pacific come out mid march onm hbo!!! I'm pumped for that one. I just watched " The trailor park boys: countdown to liquor day" last night for the 3rd time lol. That whole series I've seen over 6 time all the way through all 7 seasons.

I watched Drag me to Hell. Some great surround mixing. Lucky for me it was a Sam Raimi movie because I watched it all by myself and can't watch scary movies that way  (cough cough I mean manly this manly that etc.  ) but with the over the top/cheesy aspect it was all good. |

My wife had me watch ( the burning plan ) last night O MY GOD what a slow boring movie the only good part visualy and audio wise was the trailer exploding in the beginning and 2/3 in of the movie , I told her if she`s bored just stab me for some drama next time - O and the nudity didn`t help nether You meant "The Burning Plain". ;)Oops ! yes that`s the one |
