I can tell you why I bother to dig for it. I do to prove certain folks who misquote you wrong. It bugs the heck out of me. You have proven to me to be a good man, deserving of my support in every way. And, I love your products and do not want to see you or your efforts to make great products disparaged. Now, can I get an early sample of an XMR-1? Mark Hey, I think Dan said that he'll send early samples to loyal customers. Can you go back and dig for where he said that? Might take you a while... I couldn't resist. I appreciate your research to dispute the occasional statements that are just wishful thinking. Keeps people honest. Now that the name's been changed, Mark might get the mock up XMR-1 front panel!

Agreed. XPR 2 driving my RTi A9s and they sound very good. Coincidentally, I too must pass by my Legacy's to get to my Polks in the downstairs theater. *sarcastic grin* Scott Those Legacys are amazing. It's nothing personal with the Polks. That's why there are so many speaker brands out there. A Focal dealer owner is always ripping on my Revels. And btw, I thought those Wilsons were amazing downstairs. The thunderous bass was probably the most impressive part about the Wilsons. Revel Salon2 also had incredible bass with a huge soundstage. Sonus Faber on the 12th floor, killer speakers as well. There were lots of amazing displays. Personally if I was big Dan, I'd target Magnolia as a possible dealer if he hasn't already. For me personally, the Emersa line is the most attractive for my loft area. The speakers might be good too for a secondary system. I think Emotiva is doing great - yes the ones looking to upgrade from XPR amps and waiting for the XMR / RMC maybe disappointed but I think they know their target market better than us armchair audio boys . Last time I heard a pair of Revels was ~ '01. Pair of book shelf units driven by a middle of the road Rotel amp. My jaw was on the floor. Incredibly full and accurate sound from such a compact design. Been a fan ever since and considered them before these Whispers showed up on A-gon for a very good price and only 3 yrs old. Scott

Man there's a lot of suck ups on the lounge, I prefer to stay out of the arguments and whining but holy moly people someone says one little thing and the troops get sent into action, this coming from someone on the outside I myself am patiently waiting for the Emersa line and got hounded recently for some sneek peek pics, wasn't even asking for a release date just a few up close and personal stills and I was blasted for it.

Why would anyone spend time digging for the truth about something like this? Really man, it's too much. We go out of our way to be open and totally honest with our customers. We respect and value you all. You are our life blood and we know it. We also want to respect you, and we don't want to over promise and under deliver. We're not perfect, but please know we are working very hard to improve the company and the products every day. Peace. Big Dan Dan... I want to just say that there are those vocal few on here that tend to get a little impatient about product releases. I really don't think they reflect the average Emotiva customer's attitude toward this company. I for one, will wait patiently for the latest news that you elect to share. I am not being a fan boy. I am being a customer that is understanding of what it takes these days to bring a product to market. I also spent some time at Emofest talking with you and enjoyed the interaction you have with your customers and enthusiasm you have for the music and this hobby. You sold me on your company's charter during that event. Keep up the good work!

I own and have owned many Emotiva products and really enjoy that I can relish in this hobby due to the pricing and such and I'm sure Dan is a great guy but the defense from some here can just get a little over the top at times, I am not mentioning names as that would not be cool but like I said I am one that can relate to both sides but I prefer to not reign down the unholy sword on either side of the party for something that has been said, if it's a personal attack it should be directed via PM, I have made that mistake before and have apologized for it. Don't know if this was posted anywhere. Emotiva won an award at Axpona for the desktop / Executive system – The DC-1, SP-1, PA-1, & Airmotive B1 – received "AXPONA 2016 Top 10" from Enjoy the Music. They also had some nice things to say about the XMC-1 & new XPA G3. Emo Tweeted a link to this: www.enjoythemusic.com/AXPONA_2016/Emotiva/

I like how he specifically pointed out the Gen3 uses XPR technology. Shows he has knowledge of prior products but also the G3 doesn't get enough credit for being XPR.
