Last post in this thread...unit arrived and is installed. I did a quick config and it sounds great. Unfortunately, the same TIVO Bolt compatibility isssues continue. Tried the Cable dance, cycling power, etc. The TIVO doesn't like Emotiva. Works rock solid connected direct to the TV, so that is where it stays. Optical out is good enough.

Has anyone had their credit refund yet if they already had the V3 board upgrade? I received my XMC-2 almost 3 weeks ago, and cant get a response back from Emotiva on when I will get my credit refund. They originally told me the week of the 20th.

Has anyone had their credit refund yet if they already had the V3 board upgrade? I received my XMC-2 almost 3 weeks ago, and cant get a response back from Emotiva on when I will get my credit refund. They originally told me the week of the 20th. Have you tried calling them to ask for status?

They have responded to my emails, but there is definitely a lag time. IMO, Emotiva is a very customer concentric company. I personally would not be worried. To ease your mind and to get status answers, please call them.

How long did you have to wait for them to ship your XMC-2? My XMC-2 shipped the next business day after they received my XMC-1, I received eMail notifications at every step.

My RMC-1L shipped the day after my XMC-1 was received at Emotiva also with notification emails.

Patience is the key. My XMC-1 works great and is providing me oodles of enjoyment. I think everyone understood that this would be popular. It's an unbelievable deal for a new pre/pro. First drop - 10/15 Second drop - 10/29 Two weeks in between the first and the second. Now we're just about to 6 weeks. I'm guessing preparing the XMC-1 refurbs for sale is what is pushing them back. That and it looks like they have run out of the V3 board. I don't mind waiting but I would like to use the $400 store credit I have on either the XMC-2 or the V3 board. I only have 4 months to use the credit and there really isn't else I need that Emotiva sells. Though I'm sure I could find something if I needed to

Got the HDMI board refund today so it was two weeks after getting trade in XMC-2 to get the refund in my account.
