Heck yeah RR, I'm keeping it. :-) I don't think anybody will be sending this one back and good luck finding someone that will sell their's. Emotiva better order a whole bunch more of these things. :-) I'd post pics if I knew how. Never bothered to learn.

I'm in Florida and everything I get from Emotiva comes FedEx Ground so I don't expect to see a tracking number until the package hits the FedEx system. I'm not surprised that I haven't received a tracking number yet. HOWEVER... I've been monitoring my CC activity and a "pending" transaction with Emotiva for $299 just appeared a little while ago. There is hope that I'll have a new toy to play with this weekend...  Edit to update... Tracking number showed up a couple of minutes ago. It'll be here Thursday. |

I have no tracking number yet I have a pending transaction with my bank account. FedEx ground for me. Since I am currently out of town, I asked Emotiva if there was a way to tell if I'd be part of the shipments today. She said if they asked for CC info then you will most likely be part of today's shipments. Good thing my new wife is used to seeing lots of packages from Emotiva.

FYI if your XDA-1 is shipping FEDEX EXPRESS you will get a tracking number as we enter your shipment. If you are in the US FEDEX GROUND shipments take longer to receive tracking numbers, they are not processed until the shipment is picked up this afternoon. So far we have 13 pallets! ;D Cathy, Thanks for the update. How do we know which one we are in? Did we have to specially request Federal Express? Are we just regular ground if we just called in with our CC? Thanks! I am guessing here, but I'm pretty sure domestic shipments from Emotiva are all FedEx Ground unless maybe you paid more for overnight shipping with FedEx Express. International shipments from Emotiva, correct me if I'm wrong Cathy, have to go FedEx Express. |

Oh Yea! Just got the Fedex tracking numbers for the XDA-1, UMC-1, UAC-6.2, 2m XLR's x2 , and 2m HDMI Cables x 2. ;D Can't Wait.. Should arrive Thursday but I can't pick them up until Saturday  |

I have not gone home yet to check my e-mail.........but if all is good, I'll receive one this week also.......only problem is that I will be living vicariously through you guys because the XDA-1 is a Christmas gift and I won't be able to play with it till the 25th!

Here is my XDA-1 story:
I pre-ordered the day of the EMO official announcement of which was October 11, 2010 @ approx. 5:49 PM of which after I received an EMO confirmation via e-mail @ 6:29 PM, the same day.
On November 11th, received an e-mail at approx 3:09 PM seeking CC info authorizing payment upon the day of shipment.
On November 11th, made a phone call three minutes later to Emo and spoke with Janna to initiate transaction with CC info.
Today at 4:33 PM, received an e-mail with a tentative delivery date of December 2nd.
All together now!

It looks like the flood gates have open on getting XDA tracking numbers. FedeX must have made their daily pickup. I also got my trackiing number about an hour ago. Mine is scheduled to arrive Thurs morning. It is supposed to be my Christmas present, so do I open it now... or do I just rip it out of the box and install that baby? Something tells me that the temptation is going to be overwhelming. Anyone betting on how long I can hold out? Well, do you or your family enjoy Christmas-holiday music prior to December 25th? If so, you may have your answer! |
