Pretty much all of the past shipments from Emo that they sent on a Monday were originally estimated to arrive on Friday but they came a day early. They didn't even update the estimate to show it being early, just all of a sudden it was in the area then soon it was out for delivery. So maybe that will happen this time, too.. pleeeeeeeeeeeeeze!!!!!!!!! |

Got my tracking info. Dec 6th arrives in Sumas, WA. Pickup and take it home to Canada. Can't wait.  I read that and thought it was something I posted!! Except I'm in Abbotsford. I've grown quite fond of Sumas, that sleepy little burg. Dec 6 for me too, I'm hoping for Dec 4 as my shipping establishment is open on Saturday til noon. |

I had got some XLR and RCA cables included in the same shipment as the XDA-1.
Will try connecting through the UMC-1 and direct to my XPA-2 so I can listen for the difference.
If I like the XDA-1 as much as I think I will I will order another.

Fedex changed from today to tomorrow......Dec 2. That's ok......the weather is not good here in Northern VA.

I just really really hope that they tested it before it left for Singapore. I hate getting gear that is DOA You are in luck, maybe. Emotiva bench tests every piece of gear that is destined to an international address before it leaves the warehouse. Thus, you can be assured all was working when it left the warm confines of Emotiva's shipping docks. |

I never got a fedex email and had been checking every couple hours since Monday including my spam folder.
Regardless mine arrived this morning. So there may be more of you that already have one on the way and haven't been notified yet.

I am hoping mine comes today. I never got a shipping email either. It seems that if I call Emo to order something I don't get a shipping email. If I order it off their web site I do get a shipping email.. I should probably call them to straighten it out.
Looking forward to the XDA-1

Hi, yeah, also Germany (I'm staying there) got (perhaps) the first XDA-1  . Together with my UMC-1 (only for Video and decoding) it seems to sound clearer on my headphones and active stereo system as without the DAC. Greetings, Burkhardt |

Mine is on the truck for delivery since 7.42 am, now it's after 3 pm. Where is that truck? It's only 30k from FedEx location...

6pm local time. XDA arrived. Incredible delivery time by FedEX. Just 4 days door to door. Thumbs up to FedEx.
I put it on my XPA-5 to warm first to room temperature. It's been around -10 Celcius all day and the thing is cold as ice.
