Mobius and Bootman- Those are some nice entertainment centers! and the DMC-1 and LMC/LPA combos look sweet sitting in there. DWayland: You gotta love the look of the MMC-1. It's good to see where everyone gets to enjoy their emo gear. I don't know about you guys, but my room gets a work out. I use it as often as I can =)

One of Mobius's pictures brings up a question of mine? I saw the picture with his DMC-1 in the dark with all the lights lit up, are the lights adjustable at all (specifically the MMC-1)?

Taken from the MMC-1 Manal:
PANEL DIM Button This is located below the ZII button and next to BASS. The front panel lights have four levels: bright, medium, low and off (low intensity display with all illumination off).

Hey thanks guys I appreciate the help, good to know because it looked just a tad bright from the pictures but maybe it was just the camera making them appear a bit bright.

The lights on the MPS-1 I have are pretty bright on the highest setting. I find the lowest setting gives the audio rack some nice ambience, but doesn't draw unwanted attention or ditract your eyes from the screen during a movie.

Twin: That's pretty darn nice for not even finishing the basement! Good job using what you had and making it work. It certainly looks fully functional to me.
Doug: you made your built in fixed position? come on bud, you know you'll need to shift things around sooner or later. I ended up making mine adjustable and made a few more shelves thinking at some point things would change around. When I built it I thought I was making it big enough, but as it stands, only the 360 has a home down there. The other game consoles ended up with the family room big screen with a low WAF. The original xbox/gamecube ended up in the office due to asthetics in the fam room. I went for the formal living room with a zero approval factor, so to the office they went!

twism,
I think it looks great for not being finished in. If you dropped some curtains in the back or the room it would look even better. Amazing job of using the space you have without altering the structure of the house!

Thanks for the comments, it works and I enjoy it. I just really like some of the rooms you guys posted because a finished room looks great. Regardless it does what it's supposed to do. I might try to get some more fabric and drop it across the back and see how that turns out.

Nice to see so many Pure AV power conditioning units. I have the PF40 myself. I like it a lot, it cleans up the picture well and provides excellent power protection. I think I got mine for $200 with shipping last year. Belkin makes good products and with the PureAV line, nobody knew who PureAV was so they started dumping them really cheap.

I agree on the PureAV line. Mine has been flawless the only thing I would change is I would get the black one but they didn't have any when I bought mine.
