I have created a PDF for comparing the amplifiers Emotiva produces. You can find it here: Amplifier ComparisonI think the document is very accurate at this point, but Lonnie will be looking over it when he gets a chance to assure its accuracy. All diminsion measurements were taken by actual users of the products (myself included), so these numbers may disagree with the manuals/product page, but I feel are more true to life for those trying to fit gear in tight places.

Excellent work Doug!! Thank you very much for putting this together. I've been wanting to do this but have not had the time. So I really do appreciate it.

Thanks Doug, this should be most useful for prospective new customers!
Admins, can you make this a sticky, or even better, make the comparison available on emotiva.com?
One question: the PDF lists the RPAs crosstalk spec as >75dB while the other Class H amps have >120dB. Reason or typo? I'd also expect the RPA to have a higher damping factor than the IPS/MPS, not a lower one. Could someone please clarify. Thanks.

Your tough, I'll mail it out sometime....... I wonder with all these new Emotiva products in the future if they will make a rackmountable subwoofer amp? What do you think?

I sugested Dann put this on the main Site, perhaps on the Amplifier page, if it was something they liked. As for the remainder of your post... where's Lonnie when you need him? ;D

That was a bit of an oversight on my part so here is the real deal (Sorry Doug I should have caught this). SNR BPA (>100db), LPA (>110db), IPS (>115db), MPS (>115) and RPA (120db) Crosstalk BPA(>75db), LPA (>100db), IPS, MPS and RPA (>115db) Sorry about that guys.

it appears this revision is for power amplifiers only. it would be nice to have the dmr-1 power specs as well for people considering that route. (and maybe the lmc-1 second zone power specs too)

The manual for the LPA-1 states that the minimum impedance for channels 6 and 7 bridged is 8 ohms. The chart indicates a 4 ohm load is acceptable.

Lonnie, Is the Damping spec correct for the RPA-1? It's lower than the IPS and MPS. The specs you provided for SNR and Crosstalk are better than indicated in the RPA-1 manual....I can see where the confusion exists. Thanks for the updated specs.

Now here's another question about the amplifiers:
Is the THD measurement strictly THD, or THD+N. If not, can the sheet be updated with some THD+N ratings? It would be pretty useful IMO.
