Thanks for posting these Dann,
The top two images are of the front panel control (if you haven't already figured that out). In the software you have complete control over the unit in the same way as if you were standing in front of it. You can adjust the level or run through all the menu settings from this page.
The next two images are screen shots of the EQ page. On this page you can view what the auto-room correction has done, view and modify the Movie mode, Music mode and add 2) modes of your own.
In the EQ window you can click, drag and drop the response to be what ever you want or off to the right hand side you can adjust the frequency manualy (20-250hz in 1 hertz increments), adjsut the gain from +6 to -12db and adjust the bandwidth from .1 to 3 octaves in .1 increments. BTW the dark blue area represents the overall frequency response the system will be reproducing, where as the yellow line just shows you the ineraction of the bi-quads.
Below that you have the crossover settings. The frequency can be adjusted from 10-250hz and with the crossover filters you have a selection of Bessel, Butterworth or Linkwitz-Riley with slopes of 6-48db/octave. Same applies for the sub-sonic filter.
The last thing on the page is the Pase adjustment. You can go from 0-180 degrees in 1 degree increments.
Now the last image is of the Misc. page. Here you basically can set up how the unit is going to operate and behave. Most all of this is pretty much self explanitory, but I will just run through it briefly so that everyone is on the same page.
In the Power On box you can select how you want the system to turn on. You have Always (on), turn it self on with Audio, Turn on with one of the two Triggers, or via the triggers and Audio which ever comes in first.
The purpose of the On Delay is if you are running several amplifiers in your system and hate your lights dimming when it all starts up, well here you can select a delay in which the unit will wait 2, 4 or 6 seconds before starting up to allow your other amps to fire up first.
The purpose of the Off Delay is there to prevent any turn off pop due to interaction between the sub and the rest of the system. Normally you would select 5 or 10 seconds when using a trigger to turn on the system, but if you are using the audio to turn it on, then the 1 minute or 10 minute setting would be what you would want to prevent the amp from shutting down to soon.
In the Trigger Setup menu you can select what you want to 2) triggers to default too. Here you can select any of the 4 adjustable modes independantly for each trigger. So if you want, when trigger 1 is active the sub will go into Movie mode, if trigger 2 is active then the sub will go into Music mode.
In the Auto-Room E.Q. window you can turn it On, Off and set it to run through the auto setup.
Display setup allow you to adjust how you want to built in VFD to run. You have have the display always On, Off or Times where the display will light up for a few seconds whenever a funtion is active to show you what it did and then it just fades out. You can also adjsut the brightness of the display here.
Factory Default is the Oh $#!^ button in case you really get things messed up. Just press it and it all goes away and you can start a new.
Lastly we have the Analog input level. This is just a meter to show you what the level of the incoming signal is. The reason we added this is if you overdirve the input of the sub, the A to D converters will clip and naturally distort. This will just let you know how strong the incoming signal is so you can set it all up to get the most out of it.
Now all of these functions run in real time, which is to say that as you make adjustments on your computer the system reacts and you can hear the changes being made.
One thing that is not shown here is there is one other window which pertains to the USB. Each sub system has a unique ID code number. So if you are running more than one sub system in your room, you can connect both systems to a USB hub and run that into the computer. Then you just select which one you want to adjust and away you go.
I really think your guys are going to love these. To the best of my knowledge no one has ever done anything like this before so it should be pretty revolutionary (I wonder how long it will take for other companies to come out with something similiar). ;D

Outstanding work. Any thought on making the amp available as a stand-alone? It looks like a definite Velodyne killer.

Good god this is impressive. Definitely happy with my decision to pick up the big boy subs. Quick question. From the images it looks like users will have 5 adjustment points they can choose from. Will there be more points you can choose or is 5 the limit? Not that I am complaining but rather curious given the extremely wide bandwidth users will have to control with the EQ. Also could I unplug the subs and use the unit to measure the response of my mains and then integrate the subs afterward? Thanks guys and I am excited for a release on these? Which by the way is still December?

Which by the way is still December? The system can only support 30 parametric bands of EQ which are devided as 5 for box, 5 room, 5 music, 5 movie, 5 user 1 and 5 for user 2. Please also consider that these are true parametrics where you can adjust the bandwidth up to 3 octaves, so you should be able to take care of those anomolies pretty easily.

So as long as they don't get hung up in customs, we should have it for the Audioholics show.

Sounds great Lonnie. Looking forward to paying you folks for these subs and getting them to their new home. I was curious about the sub controls because I have some very strange anomalies in my room due to its size and geometry. Thanks for the info as always.

I have been swamped just trying to get them finished. Once the pressure of product release and initial production is off, please consider it. I for one would love a couple of them. Or maybe if a shipment comes in sometime where the magnet structures fall off the drivers and you need to unload some empty enclosures and amps...

The real-tiime adjustments are a dream come true. Especially if you've been trying to RTA with just a sound level meter and test tones. This will definately speed the process and make it and the results much more enjoyable. More enjoyable to a point that you'll be playing with it so much that the time saved will be nullified A subwoofer wasn't in my purchase plans but I too have difficult room for subwoofer placement. The real-time adjustment changes my plans and are revolutionary for subwoofers.

Lonnie deserves a lot of credit on this baby, as well as on most everything. He's too modest to point out his influence, hard work and brilliance, but it's there, in spades.

Most defiantly he is a Eienstein of the audio world He may be more of a Tesla...ha. A little darker, you know? He won't tell you this himself, but he invented the internet. He also can sculpt Rodin's 'The Thinker' out of a 7 foot block of ice with a chainsaw in about 11 minutes.

My memory is a bit poor but is this GUI unit included only with the dual subs or with the single 10 and 12 subs?
