Just curious how many people jumped on the bandwagon and bought something? I myself picked up a PA 12-45 12-Channel Amplifier. Wish I had caught the sale in time to buy the 18 channel model at only $50 more, but the 12 will do me just fine. One house plan on my list has always been whole home music. My house is a ranch with a 100% open attic, so while still work, won't be that bad to install. But I have never researched what I need or what I require to go about it all. Honestly, while it's always been on the plan, I've never considered it ever happening. But then this amp came around at $249 and I was like, how can I go wrong? I mean for $249 and a 10 year warrantee, even if it sits in a closet for 5 years, I still thought, why not? It looks like it's fairly flexible for set up and all, so I think I'm good. Now I just need to make room in the closet next to my $450 surround speakers (the last 2 to get from 5.2 to 7.2) that I bought 3 years ago that I've never put up. Of course if anyone knows anything about this amp I'd love to hear your input. Anyway, who all bought stuff? Cheers ----- Bonzo

I called about the 18, it sounds like they had a shipment coming and they were all sold out even before the sale. I had a friend looking for the 18, he got the 12 and will be super happy.

Guilty. But, I had to avoid any big ticket items since my mechanic stuck me with a HUGE bill.

I picked up a Pre-1. I wonder what the resale value will be on these units (not that I'm planning on doing anything but using it)?

I wanted to get a Pre-1 for no other reason than the INSANE price tag. But alas, I just didn't don't have the $$$. Still crying about it though. I would also have loved to bought one of the big 7 ch. class H amps for $999...once again, it was only my wallet that said "NO!"

I wanted to get a Pre-1 for no other reason than the INSANE price tag. I'm with this guy. I was dreaming of the XSP-1. But I did grab one. I've had more expensive dinners. (That's how I'll justify it to the wife) Of course, I can't wait to get it and show some XLR love.

I picked up a PA 7-350 and a couple of C-12s. My first, and I suppose last Sherbourn purchase! The PT-7030 keeps calling to me, but I'm holding out for the XMC-1 at this point.

I own too much equipment right now and will need to thin my herd, but the deals sure looked nice and congratulations to those who took advantage of some awesome deals. I'm also moving in a different direction as there is plenty of really good used gear on the market that I've always wanted to own for pretty decent prices.
