They are only giving 10% off newly purchased items with the new club option. The discount has to be at least 40% off each purchase with free shipping along with a hand signed autographed picture of Lonnie and Big Dan playing air guitar. AND... this discount must be applied to previous purchases from Emotiva as well as Emotiva gear bought through the Emporium.

Look at all the Emotiva fans in the official Emotiva Lounge that insist on supporting Emotiva products!

I can't figure out my processor (to hell with reading the manual)! Whaddya mean I can't plug my XPR-2 and XPR-5 into my $5 power strip? But the sales brochure for my new (non-Emo) gear says...! I get a buzz out of my speakers with the volume turned up to the max, nothing playing, and my head held against the tweeter.
I'm sure I'm going to think of some more.

I get a buzz out of my speakers with the volume turned up to the max, nothing playing, and my head held against the tweeter. OK, so far so good. Stay right there and let me queue up Protoculture's latest club set. Let me know if you still hear a buzz. I always thought Emotiva's double-boxing methods were a bit antiquated and just screams of low-quality. What an outrage! I mean, everyone else is using 5 boxes now. I refuse to give Emotiva any more of my money until they sextuple-box their products! While I'm at it, Emotiva's on-hold music sucks. They call themselves a high-end audio company, but they used compressed 128 kbps MP3s pushed through a crappy phone system. Why not use a couple of XPR-1 monoblocks, an ERC-3, and a pair B&W Diamond speakers to play the on-hold music? I mean, seriously? What kind of rinky-dink outfit are they running up in Franklin? And why do Debbie and Janna need to have such pleasant-sounding voices? How about hiring a few lads from the Duck Dynasty show? I need some manly gritty backlash when I call up to complain that my amplifiers need to be hooked up to the outlet to work. Why can't I use wireless power? I'm all huffing-and-puffing and ready to rip someone a new one for such shotty workmanship, then the sweet angel voices calm me right down like a double-dose of Valium.

I called Emotiva yesterday and a real live person answered the phone. The nerve. They didn't even give me a choice of buttons to press. They ASKED me and then immediately followed through. How rude and intrusive. Where's my runaround Emotiva?!? This low tech approach has got to go!
