Found this is the spam folder. Received it as 1530 today.
We wanted to give you a quick update regarding your BasX MC-700 purchase. We are processing orders now and you will receive a shipping notification as soon as your MC-700 ships. We will have all shipments complete by January 15, 2017!

Agreed, I ordered mine before Xmas, as a suggestion to marketing or Product line management , it would be nice to get a confirmation email stating your order has been received. I have not seen anything yet, except for some propaganda TelLing me the xmas sale has been extended.

My original post indicated Emo did not communicate and that was incorrect. I found the email from 12/23 in my spam folder. Prior communications went into my inbox.

I ordered mine on 12/21 and apparently missed the first batch. Next batch I was only told hopefully would ship "some time in January".

I ordered mine about the same time, I have not heard anything back from them. I got a reservation confirmation email, that's it. I had to email them to get any actual information since I hadn't been contacted for payment after a few days like the email said I would be. Website was very misleading in that it said "Ships 12/30" with an option to "reserve now". But "reserve now" wasn't for the 12/30 shipment somehow, those who actually got it had an "add to cart" option or something I presume? Not a very clear way to have it listed. |

Nothing here other than the prior "it'll ship first come first serve but by the 15th at the latest".

Same here and i was a 30nov2016 to 01dec2016 order as soon as the price dropped.
So they're now a week behind.
Although if they DID launch a USA based QC run on all the units prior to shipping, this would certainly eat into the shipping time frame.

Off topic for this thread but certainly is based on features specifically ; improved emo-q room eq ; upgraded hdmi inputs 2.0a with hdcp2.2 [3 of those] and another 3 [1.4?] for 6 ; better than 4 on the 200. And an easier usb thumb drive firmware upgrade capability among others  |

If anyone has gotten their MC-700, haw about a "pop the cover" closeup so that we can see what's in their better than what's on the site. It would be interesting to see what DAC is being used and which HDMI chips, as that is part of the puzzle as to what it can handle on the various inputs.

Anyone see anything yet? I know this sound sad, but not having anything in the place of my UMC-1 is slowly killing my

I ordered on 12/18 along with an A-700, just talked to a friend that ordered an MC-700 on 12/1 and still hasn't heard a peep. I guess I'll take a break and stop refreshing my Emotiva order page every 15 minutes...

It's seeming more and more unlikely that they're going to get shipped before 15Jan2017.
Guess it's time to relax a little.
Kinda freaked me out, as I received an Emotiva e-mail but it was an Ad for speakers.
Stopped my heart for a second there.
Then I got all depressed for a couple minutes.

They need to understand the concept of under promise and over deliver. I will be honest, I was told before I ordered they would ship prior to 12/30. That did factor into my purchase decision. Then we were told that they would start shipping 12/30 and all units shipped by 1/15. Although it isnt 1/15 yet, it's not looking good. Mine was ordered 12/1 for a reference point. I'm not trying to be critical but more communication is ALWAYS better than less. Fingers crossed |

MC-700's are shipping.
We have gone through extensive QC with every unit tested and run through the AP test system to ensure that you are pleased with your new unit.
Apologies if you feel like you have been left in the dark. This is not our intention.
