My wife and I saw this movie today. I would say it was good, not great. They gave away far too much with the trailers. If you were waiting for this movie and made sure to see all the trailers you have seen a bit of the movie.
A good effort by DC, their best to date. I'm not sure it was good enough to get my wife and I back in the theater for any other DC movies.
A couple of random thoughts. Gal Gadot is just stunning. It is easy to look at her on the screen. I am not a fan of how the action scenes are filmed, the Zach Snyder style just is not for me. Did, I mention that Wonder Woman is hot? Sorry ladies you all can drool over Thor. Did I mention that the damn theater was too loud. My ears hurt at several point as I forgot my earplugs.
Anyone else see this movie yet? What did you think?

Haven't seen the movie yet, I need to wait for it to hit disc. I'm not sure what the issues are with the Imax and Ultra Avx theaters around me but I leave the movie with a severe headache and case of listening fatigue. I can easily listen at reference levels in my home system.. But the theaters are just way too bright. Really looking forward to this one though, Gal is a very attractive lady and a pretty darn good actress. Imo.

I'll wait for the Bluray for this one, but I do look forward to it. I loved the series as a kid. I've had gal pals see the new movie and they are all thumbs up.

Saw this a couple of days ago with my wife and we both thought it was magnificent. Easily the best D.C. film. The companions are no Howling Commandos and I don't want to know what happened between Steve and Diana in the hotel room that night, but still easilyhe best effort from D.C.

I really enjoyed the movie, as did my wife and kids. Don't turn your back on a fight.

The girlfriend and I went to see this last Wednesday while we were on vacation in Orlando. We went to the Regal The Loop Stadium 16 Theater and paid extra to see their RPX (their version of IMAX). Disaster - the sound was totally compressed and ear throbbing loud (even normal talk hurt our ears). My girlfriend left about 3/4 through, said she could not stand the pain, and went shopping in the complex. I suffered it out and complained to the management who informed me that I just wasn't use to the high definition sound. I tried to set her straight but she brushed me off.

I saw it opening weekend and enjoyed it.
Gal Gadot is a perfect cast for Wonder woman. Did you know she was 5 months pregnant during the reshoot?

We were going to see wonder w. After reading the mummy review.....a movie I've been looking forward to seeing for quite a while trashed by the reviewers. Then I went with my gut instead and stuck to the plan and saw the mummy. Had a blast fun movie review could not have been more unfair to the film. Glad I don't believe everything that's in print.

You're just not used to all that QUALITY! You were probably the only person she ever talked to where that explanation did not apply!

Do they use Klipsch speakers?

I think the movie was good. It made me realize that women have no idea what they talking about when they claim to be wonder women...😂😂😂 And yes Wonder Woman is hot.

Gal Gadot is a perfect cast for Wonder woman. I still vote for Nadia Bjorlin. She looks like the perfect Wonder Woman without even moving a muscle. I haven't seen this movie (nor do I have even the slightest inclination to). We may rent it in desperate times (I would NEVER pay money to see this in the theater), but probably not. So I may or may not ever know. I'd say either way it's no real win or loss. I wouldn't say Nadia is the most talented actress, but I bet with the right direction she could have been pretty good. She comes from a very talented family, and she herself is also a singer. Here's a few pictures. Google her to see more.

So I found your reactions funny because I had just finished this review where the writer was terribly outraged that people found Wonder Woman to be hot. That's the whole article. And then I read yours. Lol. This is it www.vulture.com/2017/06/a-word-about-my-wonder-woman-review.htmlAnyway....Gal was a fantastic casting and worked very well imo. She was about as good as the supergirl casting for Melissa Benoist. I enjoyed the movie. I didn't care too much for the last boss fight. It felt tacked on. But it was "all right". The rest was pretty fun! Hopefully they make another one. I'd rate it an 8/10

Nadia is good but too old for the role. She is almost 40 years old. I guess that's their fault. They have been talking about making this movie for what seems like forever now. Perhaps she'll still show up in a future version. You never know with story lines these days.

Pretty lady, but they were spot on with Gal. Seriously, Gal did a good job of the doe eyed innocent in the beginning. I felt that at times her acting was a bit behind some of the others in the film. Especially early with Conny Nielson specifically. I grew up watching the TV series amd always made my parents watch with me. We even watch the reruns on MeTV on saturday nights. I was under the age of 10 when WW aired.

I don't care what the gender of the movie's director was. I thought that the Wonder Woman movie celebrated strong women, and I liked that about it. Strong, independent women are one of the best blessings this planet has ever had. The fictional character of Wonder Woman, the Amazon is exactly a part of that.
That theme is what I also liked (as did so many others) about Stieg Larsson's books (and movies with Noomi Rapace), starting with "The Girl With The Dragon Tattoo." Now Ms. Salander was victimized and rose above it, while Wonder Woman was raised as an Amazon without patriarchal restraints. But both fictional characters celebrate the strength and resilience of women and I like that.

Just got home from the movie. I enjoyed it quite a bit. Thought Gal Gadot did a good job but Lucy Liu is still my favorite. 👍
