Superb Owl SUNDAY! Nearly a year ago I was able to get two of the first Sony A1 cameras. And so amongst the 30,000+ frames that have been exposed since, are these three SUPERB owls. 2022 promises more owls with potentially six species in Costa Rica in April. All shot with the Sony 200-600.    |

Spent the week skiing in Colorado … Getting high! <button disabled="" class="c-attachment-insert--linked o-btn--sm">Attachment Deleted</button> I have this same picture from when I was there five or so years ago!!! Good to see you have plenty of powder.  Yes, I had to wait for a couple others before I could take my pic 📸. ‘Powder’ isn’t exactly the word for it, there hasn’t been much new snow in the west since early January, but Colorado’s increased elevation has helped the snow last longer than Utah, that also lets them do a better job grooming. Only took my powder skis out a couple times in December. That said, we had a really good week skiing Beaver Creek, Breck, Keystone, & Vail. |

I am more an ocean/sea/lake kind of person, but those mountains are beautiful. Great shots. Nice touch with the B&W (as in Black and White, not the speakers 😆) |

April 1st at Park City Mountain is known as ‘Clown Day’, people dress up in costumes as a variety of characters, or wear very little at all 😊 (though some you’d rather not see 🫣) There is a traditional party in the trees off one run, where some get pretty silly (to put it mildly). They also setup a ski jump and some brave souls do tricks. Fortunately there weren’t any serious injuries, though one guy wearing far too little had a lot of road rash (you wanted to unsee him even before the jump). Here was a capture of one of the better tricks.  |
