Going for 30 by end of the month pounds lost. We can do it. We will work hard sure, but we will have some fun too. The music and videos await. Fat is dead to me!

I start week 5 of my workout program tomorrow. I haven't lost weight in the last two weeks, but my waist continues to shrink (I'm down another pant size) and my muscles are getting bigger! Just do it.

Today was Chest, Triceps, Hiit, and core. Plus it was a add weight week.
Of coarse, I ruined it by snarfing down a cheese steak.

Just do it. Changing body composition is the name of the game. Drop the scale and wield the tape measure! 😆 As we (males) age, testosterone level trends down, making harder to keep muscles and easier to accumulate fat. You got to use resistance training to compensate and reverse that, pump iron! 💪

Lets use this thread to post updates and encouragement for each other! I put the cookies down and am trying to loose weight and eat healthier! Exercise will definitely help but issues make that difficult, but I’ll try! I’m down 10 lbs in the last few weeks, haven’t really been watching the scale but I was pleasantly surprised when I finally looked at it! It said Zero! LOL, then I stepped on to it! 😲 I just see this thread and I think that is a nice idea you had. I myself need motivation to clean my nutritional habits and loose weight, obviously the summer vacations wasn't help me.....

Did I mention I’m down 5 lbs since starting this thread? yes it’s been slow and I could make medical excuses but I’ve never been one for excuses! I’m just not able to move enough. I’m down to a bowl of Wheaties per day, just need movement

Lift4 Week 6 starts Friday Morning!
Its really a good program. Some weighs, some cardio, some core. They even stress low or no weights are fine.
The older we get the better weights become for our bodies. Build a little muscle, you'll feel great.
Now of anyone has any good ideas on improving nutrition without living on salads I'm all ears.
Nick- I told myself that after the 8 week program I could buy myself something pretty. Probably a new cart for the TT... Bribe yourself, you are worth it.
