Finally got my first Moderna this week as Utah reached the 65+ phase, I have to say the sign-up, and appointment were very easy (Summit County and VAMS). Further, the actual vaccination site (Utah Film Studio...Yellowstone series until recently), was a model of efficiency — never left your car, friendly volunteers, simple 4 step process, 2nd injection scheduled at the same time — couldn’t be more impressed. I didn’t even feel the injection, and during the next two days I’ve actually had to push on the injection site to feel any discomfort. 👏

could be worse. Hmmm, I might have to talk her into going back for a 3rd or 4th shot...

My son’s gf is in healthcare so she got the vaccine. She got a rapid test because she was going on a trip and it came back positive. Has anyone heard about vaccinated people testing positive due to the vaccine? Yes been hearing alot about people coming back positive after the shot. My wife was in healthcare. She quit because the whole corona thing was getting way too creepy. We did not want any shots, her or me so she quit. I believe the medical industry is now gov controlled. Better not to trust it as far as I see it. Too much lying with govs. Bill Gates too don't trust the guy. Could go on and on but I won't.

So I received the vaccine, 3 days ago, aside from soreness at the site of injection, mild chills and a small tender lymph node swelling close to injection site, I am still alive. Has anybody here received the vaccine yet ? any side effects ? Here we are in January 2022, and my wife and I got the Moderna booster yesterday. She has a relatively mild reaction….I had none except for the usual awareness of receiving an injection. Hope for all our sakes we can get past this mess soon.

We held off on the boosters till after Christmas 🎅 because my wife had a reaction to the second shot and did not want a “repeat performance” while Holiday traveling 🧳. Not bad, but sufficient to mess up your day

Its a good thing Phizer and Moderna do not manufacture Birth Control Pills. The population of the world would now be tripled

Its a good thing Phizer and Moderna do not manufacture Birth Control Pills. The population of the world would now be tripled That would only be if the person didn't take the second, third and fourth booster, however. Another possibility is that if they did make those pills, we just may wind up with some different human types. Variants, they'd be called..

Now that I’m relieved to be feeling like myself again. I can share the story….. The first year of this Covid mess I got sick 😷….very sick. Chills fever vomiting the whole smash to the point where I had my bride call 911 (overwhelming for her to deal with) When the ambulance got here, those guys were “writing me off” it seemed and told my wife they could not transport me. Enraged, she fought with them until finally they agreed to transport. I was too sick to process all that was transpiring at that moment. We figured later they feared exposure but whatever it seemed like being in the dark ages of fear. When they finally stabilized me with anti nausea medication I got tested for COVID. ( my second test in as many weeks) NEGATIVE…after all the fear. So then what? They didn’t know but guessed I had food poisoning. Cut to the chase (before this gets too long). I requested bloodwork for LYME DISEASE…. and it came back POSITIVE. 10 day regimen of Doxycycline twice a day killed it and I’m back having never been sick with Covid

Glad all got sorted out. Lyme disease can be nasty to get rid off.

Apparently, there is a shorter treatment if you catch it right away. I’ve got a dog and I’m forever outside doing stuff, including hiking. I’ve pulled ticks off before without having trouble but the days of Russian roulette are over.

My experience is there are already some variants (PEOPLE TYPES) out there!!!

I’ve been taking Ivermectin for nearly a year now. Ive yet to catch anything. Ive been around many family members and friends that have Covid and I have yet to get anything. I may have worn a mask here and there but for most part it was solely to enter a hospital or dr office. I dont wear a mask anywhere except where I’m forced to.
My dr and her staff and family take it as well. It’s very safe for human use and has been used for many years - by humans (and animals). Many people I know take Ivermectin. This isn’t my opinion- but my Primary Care Dr’s opinion. Yes many Doctor’s take Ivermectin, HCQ, and Zinc.
1mg of Ivermectin (1% suspension) once per week. If sick with covid: Daily for 1mg for 5 dys if positive and then back to once per week after.
If doctors tell me it works and it’s extremely safe, I’m fine with it. In my case my doctor, the staff, and their families take it. If it’s working and safe for them, I’m gonna follow their lead
Also— Americas Frontline Doctors will tele visit with you for 90 bucks and will write you a prescription (if you are medically able) for it and HCQ if you pay the 90 dollar consult fee. You’ll likely have to pay out if pocket for the prescriptions but they are extremely cheap. My local pharmacist fills both.
It’s an alternative to the shot. I’m haven’t taken the shot. Waiting for a shot that works.

It has but one purpose IMHO…. to avoid a dispute with somebody else. Some love their own pretty cloth decorative masks that do a great job of letting all the larger germ 🦠 droplets right thru (oh but they look soooo nice!) The funniest (or saddest depending on how you view it) are those folks who are ALONE in the car with a mask on! In the old days the only one who did that was BATMAN

My buddy was in Fla for a meeting (early 2020), got covid, called his Dr & she said take HCQ C D zinc & Quercetin Bromelain and if necessary will prescribe a steroid or antibiotic later. It cured him. Over the holidays his whole family- wife, kids, grand kids all got a nasty cold (non-covid) but he hasn't gotten it. He's been taking C D zinc & Quercetin Bromelain since covid as a preventative. I take C D zinc & Quercetin Bromelain and have been for over a year. Wife & I think we may have gotten Covid last year, don't know for sure, but we are heavy supplement takers and was over symptoms in a couple days. The Quercetin Bromelain (made from pineapple core) is an anti-inflammatory that helps me with joint & back pain- so I get multiple benefits from it. I've taken supplements since my 20's and rarely get sick. I take ZERO meds.
btw Don, Ivermectin is also the "gun" that shoots the zinc & D into our cells to kill the virus, it's very effective over zinc & D by it's self.
