The Big Short- This should be studied/taught in every business school. This was awesome because I watched this transpire in real life. If you worked in the financial industry during the 80's and 90's, the hand writing was on the wall. The only thing left out of this movie was that the fed gov't knew and helped create the bubble beginning with the "CRA" (community reinvestment act) in the late 70's. View AttachmentThx for the suggestion Joe, I'll look for it at RedBox!

Wallander. It is a BBC series starring the great Richard Brannigan as a depressed detective. Beautifully shot in the north of Europe, we watched the last episode last night. Wow, great cinematography, very moving plot, great acting, and serious bass. There has been no bass previously in the series, but when the protagonist was about to have Alzheimer's symptoms, cue the bass.
The series has my highest recommendation, but that last episode is very, very sad.

This movie is solid in my top twenty. Fell in love with Lauren Bacall. I mean I fell in love with her watching this when I was kid. “Just put your lips together and… blow” Every man that saw and heard her say that ' well and I was just a kid. Walter Brennan, what can you say. He was The Real McCoy. Everyone was good in this movie. I loved the guy that played the piano. I think I am going to watch this now. But first a post of what I watched last night. If you do not have, go get it !

Name in upper left corner. The first time I saw Hitchcock's Lifeboat, I was mesmerized start to finish.

The best version IMHO is the Swedish version although the british version is good also. www.imdb.com/title/tt0907702/

STAR TREK BEYOND
I did not like the music score. Much of the movie was dark. One new character that I liked. Dragged for me in the beginning. OK story. Not my favorite Star Trek movie.
