New podcast today. Emotiva is busy filling up the European warehouse with products. They are working on the website. Shipping from Europe after some 30/35 days. Yeah, it's imminent!  |

I also listened and want to add that the prices advertised on the EU website are announced to be freight inclusive, same as USA. No word on how those prices themselves will relate to those in USA, but hey! I am hoping the amount will be the same: $1 in USA = €1 in EU, hence the shipping would cost nothing for us customers. We will see in November.

Now, with the seasonal sale just starting, I wonder whether the European branch will start soon enough to offer items at sale prices. I am considering buying one or two products, notably a DC-1. I can do with lower shipping costs.

The DC1 is not included in the sale. Quite unfortunately as I'm waiting for them to start shipping from Europe as well.

Can't wait either... Planning on buying a UPA-500, got quoted yesterday $139 for shipping, that's 40% of the unit price just in shipping fees.. !! Then add 20% Taxes.. it puts the $349 UPA-500 at nearly $600 landed here...

Oh, I stand corrected then. I could swear I hadn't seen it in there when I got the sale email. So, Emotiva, when do you start shipping from Europe? Can we have a bit of that sale too?  |

According to the webcast should be a couple of weeks from now..
I also hope there would be some special or extends sale for the launch of the EU website !
If I remember correctly, the low price on the sherbourn 7030 would be available to euro customer through the new EU website, should be the same for the season sales.

Should be imminent now. In german forums is a current discussion about one user who wanted to order XPR-1 and was declined by Emotiva... Personally I take this as a sign that their european center is just about to be opened.
