Lonnie any update will be appreciated. I am really looking forward to the XSP as I need it to integrate the XDA-1 into my balanced dual-diff HT system for 2-ch listening.

'soon' hmmm...that's been abused a wee bit. I recall hearing 'soon' over a year ago for
the XMC-1.
Hopefully!, the operative word, the XSP-1 is ON-THE-BOAT NOW...hopefully!
And maybe the XMC-1 is on the same boat....

Although the products are well built, it is recommended that you do not stand on an XSP-1. ;D

When does the boat arrive? They have to catch at least 100 fish before they can dock the boat. So depends how many fish are in the water. |

Lonnie, We know that you are tweaking the performance of the XSP-1 to make it the most "bad ass" pre-amp ever, but at this point in the process its features are undoubtedly fixed in stone. Give us a sniff at what we have been so patiently waiting for. We don't need to know the complete "bill of materials" of the parts used to build the XPS-1, but it sure would be nice to have a complete features listing to whet our appetites... any performance enhancements would be the "cherry on top". Photos of the latest production candidate would be a nice bonus. ;D ;D ;D Pretty please.... with a cherry on top!  Soon would be nice.  |

Lonnie's a little "under the weather" right now guys, so we'll need to cut him some slack. He'll be fine but maybe out of commission for a few days. He's a great guy and always helpful, friendly, and he knows his gear. I hope he gets well soon!

I saw a video on YouTube from 2008 were the XSP-1 is in the picture and Lonnie said they wanted to offer this thing. This is now already 3 year ago. Are you seriously asking when the XSP1 is going to be offered? My advise: Do not wait for it. Sometime it will probably magically happen, but do not wait for it, Emotiva has just no serious time line on new products that could be communicated. |

I had an email in the week from Sarah in which she said that the pre-order will start in April I and a couple of other folks pre-ordered at Emofest. If you know you want a particular piece of gear, it can be well worth it to attend as in addition to 20% off for preordering, we also received $50 gift certificates and some pretty good pricing. Can't recommend Emofest enough. I will certainly be there this year if it reocurrs. I need to preorder and save 20% of off the top-of-the-line pre-pro. |
