boomzilla, you need javascript enabled on your browser to see the navigation bar hover at the top left of your screen. As you scroll up/down the page, the hover bar stays at the same location (meaning that you always have access to it).

This computer, being my work machine, is "secured up" every which way. My browser probably has javascript turned off. I'll look. Thanks! THAT WAS IT. I enabled Javascript & WHOOP - DEY IT IZ!

While I am still going over all your suggestions/revisions, I thought I'd share one of mine and see how it goes over. This will take a while but I believe it's necessary to keep things nice and tidy opposed to a bit chaotic now.
Right now we have Emotiva Products broken down by type. This is good. But then we have reviews separate from their respective products. I want to migrate user reviews to the product categories but as sub-boards. Like?
Also, I think I'm going to rename some of the General categories so they're more clear. Lastly, all thread or category descriptions will be rewritten in order to be more clear. Cool?

Also, understand that some of your requests are CSS changes (i.e. programming) which require some doing. If a favorite feature of yours disappeared in the switch to v.5 it wasn't due to myself or anyone at Emotiva saying to ourselves, "let's tick-off the members." It was something ProBoards changed of their own accord. We're working to restore certain features while learning to make due with v.5 ourselves. For me, and this isn't an excuse, I've been using VBulletin for so long, the learning curve for ProBoards is causing some changes to be slower than others. One foot in front of the next I guess.

Trouble is, java is a known portal/access for viruses and spyware - so many have deleted that program from their computer all together...

Both can be used for malicious purposes, but each has a different way of communicating with your system. On the topic of forum improvements, I must say these new changes are much better. They have improved the usability and navigation compared to the state following initial upgrade. There are quite a few things I like, and others I just have to get used to. Keep up the good work!

Thank you. We're trying. I know it is a little slow going but everyday you're bound to see something new.

One thing that I like is being able to turn off the display of avatars and sigs. With as many "+1" posts as this board gets (talk about *worthless*, sheesh!!) a thread can become very long, very quickly. Removing those two useless items has greatly slimmed down the threads I follow...
-RW-
PS: It would be most helpful if you could find a way to minimize avatars - the new ones that ProBoards has are freaking HUGE! And just plain fugly!
Oh yeah, one more thing: is it possible to re-locate the "Save Changes" button from the bottom-right of replies to, perhaps, next to the "Add Attachment" button in the upper-right? If not, is it possible to add a 2nd "Save Changes" button next to the "Add Attachments" button? Most replies are not very long and not having to scroll all the way down the page to post your reply would be of benefit, IMHO...

Without having to read everything here...
A top button... Bigger fonts setting option...on an ipad its almost too small to read Links to emo page and other off site links should ALWAYS open in a new page/tab

Image attachment functionality has returned to the forum. I've changed the limits on attachments however in order to keep the system running more smoothly. You are now limited to a handful of attachments per post and their file size limit is 4MB. Enjoy!

This is a message for our Moderators. As I begin to reorganize the various boards, threads etc. I'm going to need your help moving the appropriate posts to their rightful new homes. I'll put out another message with instructions on what I'm looking for (it will likely be pretty self explanatory) but in the meantime I just wanted to give you all a heads up. Thanks guys!

A quick note about the header.
Would it be possible to drop/shorten some of the tabs in it? It wraps around and makes everything look taller than it needs to be.
I would think that "Latest Posts" could be dropped as it really effectively duplicates the information in "Newest Threads".
Emotiva Website --> Emotiva Emotiva Products Page --> Store or Shop or Products
Members could probably go away Bookmarks is available in the profile.
And this all forces the "Welcome/Logout" onto another line.
I think that it would be OK if these were in a drop down, if they were to cause the header to wrap.
At any rate, not a huge deal. Just a minor nit to get adjusted.

GreenKiwi,
Are you reading this on a phone, a tablet, a PC, or something else?
It fits on one line on my screen (20"), and it brings up a drop down menu for all the choices on my phone (Galaxy SIII).
