Thanks. I'll take that as a yes then! So, what is it with these UFLs? What are they? From what I gather, they seem to impart some sort of discount on the purchase price - so, how do I go about getting one? I have seen some, over on AVS, with 40% off vouchers, which seem to be from problem purchases - not expecting anything like this (though it would be nice of course)! - But what is the best way of securing a discount? It seems very few people pay the 'retail price' for Emotiva items, but I have no idea of how to go about this. Thanks! Actually, as far as I know, most people Do Pay retail prices. You are a bit confused. “UFL” WAS an incentive to purchase a prepro from Emotiva and it allowed the buyer at that time to purchase the next prepro from Emotiva at a 25% discount. Sort of a rewards program for sticking with Emotiva. This program has been discontinued. Once you became a UFL buyer, the discount will continue for the rest of that buyers life. The 40% off discount card was NOT given because of any problem with the products. It too was an incentive program to get the holder of the card to purchase the next generation Emotiva prepro. This discount card is a one time use only. This program has long since been gone but the cards are good untill surrendered to Emotiva for a purchase of a prepro. All discounts were/are against the full retail price of the new Prepro. Discount cards (40%) are traded and sold on the open market. Ah! OK. A shame that the UFL scheme has been stopped, I’d have been up for that. And likewise the 40% cards. Oh well! I need a way to offset some of the 20% tax I’ll be charged for importing to the U.K. to make the sums work, which is why I was asking. I did try to find out about the e-club, but that seems to have disappeared too! I’ll keep looking.

I see there are good deals to be had on B stock, so it would be an option, but I can now make the numbers work without that So, all I need to do now is see some reviews of the RMC-1, place an order, bid for a trip to Nashville, head over to Franklin? and pick one up! Sorry for another question though - is there a way of not paying, or being refunded, local sales tax - as I’ll be taking it out of the country? Every State seems to be different on this, just wondering if this is something Emotiva are set up for. Thanks!

Cheers Gary That's great news, thanks Gary, at 9.25%, it's one of the steeper taxes in the US, so good if it can legally be avoided. Were you paying up front, and then just collecting, or did you pay at the point of pickup? I guess if I pay up front, i.e. order and pay from within the UK, and then just pop over to collect, that should work. Looks like the ducks may be lining up here! Thanks, Phil

I will either have mine shipped to LA or direct to Singapore as I dont think there are any other options for 40% off purchase otherwise I might have to fly/drive to Franklin from LA. on my next USA trip

Welcome Canadians and Norwegians!
You now have the ability to purchase directly from our website. You can select shipping services, see your final duties and taxes, and process payment. Orders ship directly from us, not a third party, so we can offer the same seamless order process as our US customers.
All orders are DDP (delivered duties paid), no surprises at delivery.
Additional locations will be added soon, so stay tuned for more updates!
Have a great and restful Labor Day holiday,
Best Regards,
Cathy Laufman

Just tried to check shipping for processors. If I put some speakers in my cart it shows.
It says: "There are no shipping methods available for your cart or address."
Was working some months ago.
I live in Norway.

I did not see any announcement, but it looks like Emotiva have changed their shipping policies.
I live in Canada, and we had free shipping on my last 2 orders, but now there is no shipping to Canada listed on the website. You need to phone in for an estimate of shipping costs.
Another thing that seems to have changed is they no longer have any distributors in Canada ?
I have no idea if this is the new policy or just a temporary measure because of COVID-19.
