Is this the only BasX speaker picture out there ? Here is another one. Now this is what I would want for a bedroom system. Small, all black and fit the budget. Bedroom system, I would only use three front speakers. You can not get good sound from those tiny centers and that one looks just about the right size to sound good and fit in a small system no matter where you put it.

The BasX demo had the LCR and SATs being powered by the A5125 amp and the MC-700 along with 2 BasX S12 subs and it rocked. You could put together a really good surround system running 5.1 for a smaller room or second system. I would have loved to get this stuff as my first surround gear.

No price or release date though.

Big Dan due to space restrictions and the use of 150" screen, for my home cinema project, I need to use only center channel speakers.(see render) Will the AIRMOTIV c2 sound as good as the AIRMOTIV T2, so ican use 3 of them as my LCR??? Attachments:

Big Dan due to space restrictions and the use of 150" screen.... Have you considered an acoustically transparent screen with three matched towers?

Not enough room for towers

Based on your mockup, I'd use bookshelf speakers for L & R, angled accordingly. Center can be another or the horizontal center.

not enough length in my set up for towers, if I use transparent screen I will have to reduce throwing dist.

not enough length in my set up for towers, if I use transparent screen I will have to reduce throwing dist. How much would your image shrink if you made room for speakers behind the screen? Figure 30" (76.2 cm) depth, shortening your throw by that amount.

What I think more suitable will be in wall speakers but they are more expensive, the wall behind the screen is solid

We didn't have release or pricing info on our employee cheat sheet for the A-5125 so until the big man tells us directly...we won't comment or speculate on when something is being released or how much.

Hey.... pricing and availability.... Those sound vaguely like questions that sales staff might spend more time answering!! Nick - I appreciate the time you do spend answering questions, throwing hints and posting photos. I don't think you get enough credit.
